i love the landscaping with this house! this house almost reminds me of house you'd be on, like, that 70s show or something. like the ones you see in a transitional scene, if that makes sense. i feel like with the landscaping and style of the outside of the house, super eccentric sims would live here! love the entire build!
This build is soooo good! Honestly the struggle to build in sims 2 is crazy, so this is truly amazing. Keep up the building, not sure if you've done it before as i'm pretty new here, but a dog park would be super cute! ☺

I downloaded this house and the 170 Flower Patch at mts, I moved one of my favorite families to the 170, it's a couple with 5 kids, they already had a child and a toddler, and because of my ROS mod they adopted 3 more, another child and two toddlers that house was perfect because of the open space downstairs with 2 bedrooms, a few weeks ago youtube recommended me this video and I was surprised like "I KNOW THIS HOUSE!" and I saved it in a playlist to leave this comment, I'm definitely sticking here since I love speedbuilds and Sims 2 videos!🙂
It has been about a decade since I played The Sims 2. Your build looks so modern and could pass for The Sims 4. It makes me want to try to get Sims 2 back on my computer and play again.
You remind Me of Me when I used to build years ago before my computer crashed😢 I’m also a bit of a CC Free purist because I feel some Simmers heavily rely on CC to make a good house and to Me that just shows lack of skill and creativity as a Simmer who enjoys Building more than playing lol. But CC does add some magic touch when you sprinkle it. I’m just happy you video recorded this build before you deleted because great work like this needs to be shown off in a place that can exist forever such as TH-cam! But yeah, I just subscribed and I look forward to enjoying all of your Sims 2 Vids! Keep up the great work and have a Great Day!🧡

I was terrified when I read this comment this is not supposed to happen and I'm so sorry! I have not heard of anyone having this issue with the lots before. Is it only happening specifically with this build? I will try downloading my own lots to see if I can find the issue.

Using the guide in the link is the best way to go!
Hi! I'm assuming you're talking about how sometimes the counter will un-connect in the corner? You can just remove and replace the counter(s) around it and it should fix itself. I'm not sure why that's been happening in my game recently

@@extraayogurt i googled a bit and found out thats its a problem with the ultimate collection and shifted the files a bit so its also pretty now :3
