I got 70 in the end, it fits round just above my hips and it fits around my waist on the tightest hole. If you like your belt really tight and will always have it on your waist then get 65@Agathe Vst

Belt width is 0.8" while buckle is 1".
The tab sticking out would drive me CRAZY at least if you size up you can put the extra in the pant loop. Beautiful belt, I would of done a 75
