I lived in Soi 6 for a while and was very friendly with a few girls. When they all stand outside their bars it can actually make them lose a few potential customers, especially new visitors to Pattaya. Slightly intimidating..555

so what are the purposes of the girls? do you just buy them drinks? do they chat with you? or does it go more intimate than that?
They are hired as bar girls to sell drinks to male customers, similar to Hooters in USA, but they can provide other services. Mostly they sell you drinks and chat with you. When you enter the bar you have to buy drinks. The drinks here cost more than outside - could be about 5 times the price. Most of the men go there to buy drinks and chat with the ladies for sometime and leave. The ladies mostly make money from selling drinks.
