Imo, there is no contest in the first place. A T13 is a more flexible, posable action figure for more complex scenes, but a stikbot seems more as a goofy but still amazingly posable (now I'm wondering if this is a word). It just really depends on your style.
@SpiderDudeStopmotions I'm not saying stikbots are better. They have two different charms. This is like saying is an apple or an orange is better. Maybe you got confused in it because he said he prefers stikbots himself
The big appeal of action figures for me is that I can pose my favorite characters from movies, comics, etc. so why would I want to buy a basic unappealing action figure for 25$ ??
When I look at it, the t13 figure looks like a tool for artists. I can't name a single action figure made for specific character to represent biomechanics as realistically as t13. None of them move like that probs, because they're mostly made for display or toying with, t13 is for posing. If you want to draw a position and need such figure, you can pose it and draw a character of your choosing, these figures have amazing representation of how human limbs work and you can make beautiful poses, just look at the thumbnail and a bunch of them in the video, you can also just display them in some absolute fire poses. But wait, did you say $25?!?!?! I am NOT overpaying for a reference for my drawings like that, especially considering they're 3d print quality💀
These T13’s are cool but the only thing I would use them for is cool poses, I don’t think I would buy it because I can just make my own (also there are klikbots)
The TikTok resellers that stole this design from soozafone are probably printing these hastily and without much quality control, so printing it yourself and dialing in the right settings, filament and speed would probably result in a much nicer feeling figure. I'm planning on printing one of these to use as a drawing reference, the poseability is sick
*Three mistakes, it’s called a dummy 13, the people who advertise it as a “literally anything” 13 are just reselling it. (They also don’t give credit to the OG creator)
So, you can print this with other techniques, making the textures better, you can save costs if you 3d print them locally with someone in your city who does 3d prints you could save money. But now if you see the possibility of this model is phenomenal, way better than wooden mannequins for drawings
i mean, dummy 13 is just a toy, that is designed to have so much customization potential. That's why its a horrible thing to sell. Like the whole point of it is that you can design, download and find so much thingies to customise you thingy. abt other techniques i guess you think about the resin printing. It's more for figures, or cosplay details that don't have much articulation. Resin doesn't like stress. i use resin prints for dnd miniatures.
The layer lines are what allow the joints to stay in place. It is capitalizing on them to improve functionality of the articulation system. It is how the hooks stay on the ball joints without slipping. Hey, I only know this because I have been printing for years now and I make tons of stuff. I printed huge Batman head. Made a mold and cast it in urethane. Cut out the eyes and mask... now I have tons of Batman masks. I make tons of toys. Doing these in a new resin I found though Great idea buddy. 25$ for a 3d printed action figure is an ok price it’s literally like one of those wooden sketching figure but more joints. I would say it’s ok but personally I like klikbots, stikbots, mega contrux halo and gundam more.
I think the most interesting part about the t-13 is that it’s very clearly made by someone who knows action figures and what makes them good, they’re just held back by being relatively small and relying on 3D printing. I’m sure if they had a higher budget to upgrade the delivery and overall “feel” of them, this would be on level with best AXN or even marvel legends

Huh didn’t know this was licensed by Soozafone. That’s actually neat cause I thought they were just stolen from them and marketed like it’s own thing. I’m with ya I would love a better printed version.
By the way, the 3-D printed one is the original and it is much better in appearance and joints but if you’re afraid to break it, just get the plastic version. It’s usually cheaper and it comes with a larger variety a very large array. I bought mine off Amazon two of them and it came with like 20 accessories including swords, knives, guns, and even axes
I didn’t get one in the box. I got one in a white bubble wrap Ish bag. It’s like whenever a bag or like an envelope had a baby with bubble wrap. By the way I really love it. I got the white one off an AK and yeah, it’s quite nice.

In my opinion stickybones and yes it’s called stickybones are better because it has articulation for all of its fingers and it’s really flexible and I mean really flexible and it’s hands and feet have huge magnets on it so you can stick it to any magnetic surface big enough to hold it
Based on my own experience with 3D printing. I'm not sure how long its gonna take people to realize that 3D printers really struggle to make competent ball joints or hinges. So its weird to see these things being marked as high quality when they're made with one of the worst methods for making animation toys. I mean, you can go out of your way to like sandpaper down and refine the joints to make them feel worth your time and money. But If you dont have a 3D printer or aren't into the non-existent gimmick that the T13's are 3D printed. For the price of a T13 You might aswell get something thats actually made out of casted plastic.
I got 3 on Amazon for like $25 so I got the same price but for three of them Amazon makes everything better and it’s good quality but people can like it for different reasons or they don’t have to like it in my opinion I like it I also like stick bots too they’re both unique and different ways. It makes me like them for different reasons.

Optimus prime stole the show 🗣️🔥
Your packaging was better than mine and it was built already but mine was able to remove easy.
My stepdad had a 3-D printer, and I can say that the things it made weren't oily
Pretty fun to pose And they do know how to make plastic, stikbots rstronger
I got 3 on Amazon for like $25 so I got the same price but for three of them Amazon makes everything better and it’s good quality but people can like it for different reasons or they don’t have to like it in my opinion I like it I also like stick bots too they’re both unique and different ways. It makes me like them for different reasons.

there’s like 16 traders who say if you like and subscribe, you’ll get your own 13 action figure and anyways, I have like six of them and they only took like two days to get shipped. I don’t know why yours Took like 20 days
The klik bots vs the T13
By the way, 10 out of 10 would recommend I got it on a certain day I forgot and it said it’ll come on on Saturday, but I got it on Thursday. Very good job to the people who were shipping it.
