Bro, for the side I used those cubes to only caste shadow on other objects. Not on them. And for the ground I used shadow catcher. It sound confusing but once you understand it then it's easy
Well, i download video in 4k from pexels website. Then for motion tracking i just make the resolution to 1080p in capcut. After doing all the step i composite the original video to the CGI.
@@KamranWaziir352 my video is vertical but i correct the resolution but still when i got compositing mode object is not tracked with the footage , in layer mode its tracked very well
@bensonbenny9913 If its not the footage I used in the video then I can't help with that. After effects tacking is trash. You can't use it for everything. It can be used for simple landscape shots. It can be used for portrait footage but when you export the portrait footage to blender it's gonna make you problems.
In the video, I show how to motion track, mask things, add shadow etc. I downloaded that model from sketchfab. You can just search for it there. Its free.
I gave a link to the script in the description of the video. Click the link. You will see a github page with so many codes. You just need to focus on the top right side where it have download button. Download it. And install it.
Bro, it's the initial state of my channel. I really don't know which way will be better to give understanding of what i mean. May be you can check new content on my channel. I have changed so much. Bro, really sorry if i made any mistake. 🙏🙏🙏

@@Vertexvoyager then it's fine. It's the same quality we want for tracking. You don't need to compress it down. Just go for tracking
