The softness after conditioning 👏🏾💎 So true. I do skip deep conditioning at times an it’s def from Getting lazy ! I often remind myself, it’s a marathon not a race. Being natural is a commitment for sure ❣️

Thanks for the advice! Your hair looks soft and shiny, loved and taken care of. I wholly agree about washing your hair more often than once a week! I could never understand why I had to leave it so long, my scalp would be so itchy and I would have massive amounts of dandruff, I not only looked a mess but I felt so dirty and my hair smelt so bad. I wash my hair twice a week, but I may increase it to three times 😊
I appreciate this, especially the tip about washing more frequently. I'm at 2x a week, but will up to 3x a week. I think it truly makes a difference.
Wooooooow good info, just got down to business, fantastic video!!!! This makes sense to me because I stumbled across this after being confused at how good my hair felt detangling in the shower and letting the water run over it for a while and I popped out with oddly smooth defined hair and it sent me on a mission to figure out why!
