Casablanca Fan Flywheel comes loose and scraping lamp assembly.

Casablanca Metropolitan Fan I purchased and installed in 2002. Since then every 4-6 years the flywheel gets warped, comes loose, and drops down hitting the top of the light assembly. I have to either raise the flywheel back up and tighten the set-screw, or replace the flywheel. The last time I replaced the flywheel was in 10/2022 and it is already warped and dropping down.
