Just picked the iPad Mini 7 up, and I think this is genuinely the only iPad that really makes sense. It’s a perfect device to bridge the gap between an iPhone and a MacBook. Personally, I don’t care much about having an M2/M4 chip here since I already have a M3 Max MacBook for any heavy tasks, so this iPad is ideal for writing, watching content, light work, and especially as a secondary display. As a video editor working remotely, it’s perfect to use with Adobe Premiere Pro as a playback monitor alongside my MacBook screen. For those without a MacBook, though, I can see why a larger iPad with more power like an iPad Air or Pro could be useful.
I’ve got the new Mini 7. Using my M4 Pro 13 as a desktop device at the moment and switching between the two really highlights how dinky the Mini is. Very convenient little device. Love both of them
Same. Using the M4 as a desktop device and the Mini as a travel anywhere digital field notes. Absolutely game changing especially with the Wifi+Cellular model
I just bought the new iPad mini also and love it. I got it for reading kindle books and for the playing games before going to sleep. I’m not a sophisticated technical reviewer so I haven’t noticed the jelly roll or difference in 60 hertz display from my M1 11 inch iPad Pro 120 hertz display. I won’t be replacing my 11 inch iPad Pro for a while since the new ones are so expensive.
Watching this on my 13 inch. Best iPad easily. I watch movies all day with 1 charge and get at least 4 hours of gaming running 120fps at half brightness
“Skip the iPad Air and wait for something else to come out” I’m sorry, what? I want to buy an iPad because I need an iPad NOW. I don’t need a commodity that has ‘good numbers’ but does the same thing as everything else. iPads exist for us, not us for them. Why would I skip a product that fits my needs with 500$ and buy one that costs 1000$ for nothing? 60 or 120 hz means nothing for 95% of people. Budget means a lot for most of us. iPad 10 at the base line has 64Gb’s of storage, a gap between the glass and the display, meaning it will be extremely uncomfortable if you want to take notes and read pdf’s. A14 chip is the one from iPhone 12’s, and will struggle with those newer apps and task-heavy games, M2 will not. iPad mini on the other hand is too small to take notes with, and too small in general to be different from your phone. What can you do on your iPad mini that you can’t do on your phone? As a student, the optimal choice is not paying 1000$ for a product that does the same as one that costs half as much. Taking notes, reading PDF’s, gaming, streaming… What can you do on iPad Pro that you can’t do on your iPad Air? Moreover, if a feature of iPad Pro is so good for people specializing in certain things, then those people likely already have the means to specialize in them. A music producer already likely has dedicated speakers and microphones. A graphic designer would likely prefer(and would be able to invest in) Wacom products for more room to work with. A photographer isn’t going to use pro’s slightly better camera, they probably have a dedicated camera. A software engineer will not buy the pro for the m4, as he won’t be able to code on an ipadOS device. iPad is for those who want a tablet - a need that their phones and computers don’t fill in - in the apple ecosystem. IPad Pro having slightly better features is just a marketing gimmick to maximize profits, those features likely do nothing to deserve a 500$ price increase. Even then, if I had an iPad Pro I’d probably sell it to buy two iPad airs to donate it to my friend who cannot afford it.
Get the m2 iPad Air if you want stage manager, external monitor support and longevity. To tell people to skip the air is crazy I think it’s the best iPad for most people. It really depends on how you would use it but if you want those pro features without paying the pro price the air is a great buy. I see a lot of students and co workers with the air. Most don’t use the pencil but all have the Magic Keyboard. Just saying.
Best option for students: iPad Air m2 (11 inch with 256gb or 512gb recommended) Best option for people who just want a relatively small, snappy quick and powerful device(not for gaming or super intensive tasks though): iPad mini A17 Pro (256/512gb recommended) People who are a youtuber/play super intensive games/want it to last 8yrs+/ want a SUPER powerful monstrous iPad or just want the best: iPad Pro m4 (your choice but 11 inch recommended (512gb/1tb recommended) If your looking for a cheap large device that looks great, use it just for TH-cam, googling, light gaming, baby games or for kids: iPad 10th gen or if your looking for an even cheaper one then iPad Air 3 or iPad 9th gen Overall for the price and features, the most value for money is the iPad Air m2.
I have an iPad Mini 6. I love the mini iPad. It’s really light and doesn’t make my hands hurt and tired of holding it. Bigger iPads make my hands hurt and tired. That’s why I love my iPad mini. I don’t need a bigger iPad to see the screen. I love Apple devices because of voiceover and their other accessibilities
I have a Mac mini (2023) for school and an iPad Air 4 for school and travel. I love my Air and writing papers on it isn’t bad with the keyboard and switching to desktop to finalize everything and do more. If anything, I’ll get a new Air because of everything I do with it.
Thanks for this. Impressed that the iPad mini performs as well as it does. Leaning to moving back to the mini for its portability. The pro makes no sense for me - just duplicates my desktop or MacBook Pro. Others will have different priorities.
I’m trapped on the 2018 iPad Pro 12.9. I paid like £800 and there’s nothing new available with the same feature set for the same price. If they put promotion on the Air I’d buy that. But my 2018 is getting old.
Please make a video talking about storage options and give advice on those! That’s such a fundamental part of getting the right iPad and barely anyone talks about it!🙏🏼👀
I believe 128GB is good enough for a lot of people. 64GB is too small, imo. 256GB is great for people who like to download a lot of stuff onto iPads. iPads don't require as much storage, imo, because most people don't take tons of photos and videos with iPads like they do on iPhones.
This is the most Apple product decision I am making. I still have iPad Mini 6 and the iPad Pro 12.9 2018. I have to use for the iPad 10 and the iPad Air to me is a iPad Pro to get if I were to need to save the extra $$$ (not an issue). My wife traded here old iPad Mini 3 in for the iPad 9 and has been regretting the decision ever since. She would do much better with the iPad Mini 7 as would I. I use the iPad Mini the most for youtube, surfing and my main reader. I use the iPad Pro mainly for artwork sketching. I use the Mac Mini for all productivity work. I do games on my XBOX and PC. So, my only considerations are the iPad Mini 7 upgrade and the iPad Pro 13 inch upgrade. The only issue with my iPad Mini 6 is the battery. It is used so much that it seems to have noticeably less battery life (this may be an illusion since it still charges to 100%). Personally, for the sketching that I do, I could sure use a 14 inch iPad Pro and would then just have an iPad Mini and an iPad Pro 14 inch.
I went with the m4 ipad pro 11. Beautiful oled screen, 120hz refresh and powerful m4 chip handles everything like a champ. Plus it will be supported for so many years.
Want to get something smaller and lighter than my M1 12.9” I know I’ll love the mini, but I’m so worried I’ll miss the pro features, and the 11” M4 seems like an amazing device
I think the 11-inch iPad Air M2 is the right compromise between performance, quality and portability for everyone...I specify the 11-inch, because if it's 13-inch you might as well spend a little more money and get the pro. Let's be clear, the basic iPad is anachronistic with the advancement of Apple Intelligence, the mini may be fine just for watching some content (but I find it difficult to study or take a lot of notes from there)... while on the pro... well , it is undeniable that it is a premium product, for true professionals... but how many people buy the iPad pro for professional needs compared to having to compensate for some personal shortcomings with a high-end product? iPad Air is the way
I have the M1 11 iPad Pro and just bought an iPad mini and I’ve noticed little difference in display quality worth mentioning. The M1 11 inch iPad Pro is only a hundred more nits (600) so I’ve seen little difference in brightness. I don’t notice the jellyroll or much difference in 60 hertz display for what I’m using it for. Don’t think of it as a downgrade at all considering how much more the new pros are these days.
@@michaeltorrey3603 Thanks! Yeah, I’ll probably won’t see any noticeable difference. I just want something bigger than my phone (12 Pro Max), but smaller and lighter than the M1 for reading, occasional video playback and maybe light photo editing.
@@michaeltorrey3603I can second this. I have the same set up. 11” M1 Pro and just added the mini 7 and I love how light and portable it is. Don’t notice any issues with brightness or any obvious negatives to the 60hz screen.
I had the new iPad m2 air - sold it on to pay for the new mini …. I just cannot replace my love for the mini regardless is the air is most likely a better device
@@dondonlinatoc29 Agreed most tech TH-camrs that have large channels are hard pressed to make content engaging so they end up a type of entatertainer/personality that people watch. I hear one TH-camr bash Apple and another praise Apple no matter what. All of this stuff is just for show to some extent.
I really couldn’t justify spending the $1,000 on the iPad Pro. Maybe another time but trying to figure out which to buy was a nightmare. I went with the iPad Air M2 😅
iPad air m2 is the best deal hands down. As a college student, you get bigger screen and best performance with apple pencil pro support. Also M2 chip is mooore than enough since ipad OS doesn't support apps that needs M2 level power.
@ Yeah the screen is amazing of course and it’s really fast. But the mini screen is also quite good. Depends on your usage. For just web browsing, reading and checking mail, the mini is better suited.
I have the mini 6 but I bought the iPad Pro 13 and I can say the OLED screen is so amazing that when I pick up my mini it looks weird. Apple should have definitely gave us an OLED mini.
I want to upgrade my 2018 11 iPad Pro. Using it for watching videos and web browsing, learning from Udemy courses, and note taking. Which iPad should I get between M4 11 iPad Pro, M2 11 iPad Air, and the iPad Mini 7?
Go for the M2 Air unless you really need Pro-Motion. $600 is a great deal for everything it can do. You can always look into an older M2 iPad Pro if you do want the better screen.
@@xeon3081 Thank you! However it’s hard to find older models in my country from reliable sellers, therefore it’s either m2 air or m4 pro for me. However, not sure about if I should go with or without cellular model, since I am not sure if the university or cafe free WiFi is safe and fast enough, and if using hotspot can drain battery and make the iPhone much warmer.
@@oren_katzI always go for the cellular model these days because it’s a gamechanger. It transforms the iPad from a wifi/hotspot reliant brick to a truly go anywhere powerhouse.
@@arondyte318 Yeah that’s true, however if not using it until I pay for cellular plan, will the battery life be worse? Also, for Apple Watch I also have the cellular version but never used cellular, would you say for iPads and Apple Watches I should always still get the cellular plan even if it’s not sure if I will use it?
@@oren_katzthe battery life will only lessen by 1 hour on cellular so it’s hardly noticeable most of the time. Battery life will also remain similar to the wifi model if cellular is turned off. If I had to choose, I would prefer having cellular on my iPad than my Apple Watch since I always have my phone with me most of time anyways. There were several crucial times in the past wherein I absolutely wished my iPad had 5G like when wifi in a crowded network is slow or if hotspot speeds are not stable enough (like during video calls). For the cellular plans, you can always get a prepaid esim from your network if you don’t want a permanent plan. You can then just top them up with data as and when needed. In addition, one perk of the 5G model is that it has GPS on it - meaning you can actually use it for accurate navigation unlike wifi only iPads which lacks gps
New iPad Pro is not coming until at least October 2025. Maybe even Spring 2026. This March, we're only getting the iPad 11. You're welcome. Buy the M4 iPad Pro right now. Link to sale price in description and pinned comment.
One of the worst tech reviews I’ve watched. Assuming you are looking to buy a new ipad how can you say skip the iPad air? The only one I should buy (if I have a lot of money) is the iPad pro? Sooooo if I don’t have a lot of money, but want an ipad, do I go for the iPad 10?

contrary to all the people who are mad they bought a lousy iPad which the air absolutely is. The air is a bad deal. No Face ID and No 120 Hz and no thunderbolt. The obviously right choice to buy a used iPad Pro instead of the Air or if you have money to burn the iPad Pro
Going to continue using mini 6. It’s the perfect form factor for me. It’s sad that they won’t bring oled or 120hz to the mini, or even make a pro mini, as that would have made me upgrade
I am buying ipad for every use for first time and want it to be functional for next 7 years. Which ipad i should buy????? I also need laptop replacement as well
Nah I’m good! Still happy with my €569 iPad Pro 11” 2020. FaceID, 4-speakers and Promotion. The iPad Pro 11” 2024 is like €1099 after student discount (€1219 normal price). Would rather go for the iPad Pro 11” M1 for €669.
None of them are appealing anymore for me without the headphone jack. Mobile music production needs latency free monitoring and onboard speakers can never be good enough for that purpose
I have a 256GB M1 iPad Air 5 cellular and a 64GB iPad mini 5 wi-fi. I have no need for an iPad Pro and the Air 5 is still fine. The battery in the mini 5 isn't great, so if I do get a new iPad it would be the mini 7, 128GB would be ideal. A shame the mini 7 has a portrait orientation camera and not a landscape one but my Insta360 Link 4k webcam works with the Air 5, so it should also work with the new mini.
If you really wanna buy an ipad, go for an ipad mini and save your money. Wait for at least 10 years, so you could get the specs of current ipad pro in ipad mini and buy it again.
Thank you for the great review. How do you evaluate the mini for light note-taking compared to the 11”, such as in meetings or when annotating documents?
The only ipad I'll ever buy is the Mini, that too, only when it gets atleast a 90hz screen. I wouldn't care even if it cost 50% more than the present price. The other ipads (excluding the base Ipad) don't make sense to me. Unless you draw on them as an artist, they just don't fit in between a phone and a laptop.
Im not an apple fan, but ipads get my attention. Im an architecture student. I have a powerful laptop and pc where i do my renderings and 3d modeling. So I dont need the expensive one. I need one just for quick sketching and showing my clients floor plans and quick notes. Which one would be the best for me?
I’m an artist and the iPad Pro is my main device, but I finally upgraded my iPad mini 5 to the mini 7. Even without a 120hz promotion display it’s still a HUGE update for me. But I’ll be pissed if Apple drops an iPad mini Pro in early 2025 😂 I seriously doubt they will tho. Apple seems to update the iPad mini every 2-3yrs, so I am not expecting the mini 8 until 2026 or more likely 2027.
I’m the one that usually goes for the top spec everything all the time but I actually got the M2 iPad Air 13 inch and it’s pretty good I thought that the 60 Hz would bother me on gaming and scrolling, but it don’t it’s fast enough. Plus, if you’re gonna spend that much on an iPad Pro to play games then you just need to go ahead and spend a little more and get a good gaming laptop.
Like the top comment says the air is the best deal for most people compared to the 10th gen you will get a far faster m2 chip, double the ram, apple intelligence support, higher quality display and anti reflective coating ( my iPad 9 drives me crazy with reflections ) and finally at least 2 more years of software support. Compared to the pro it’s not worth spending 400 more for an OLED display, more performance, better speakers ( biggest differences ). And if you want a larger tablet the air will be the only viable option for most people the m4 13 in iPad Pro is massive overkill and incredibly expensive. The mini isn’t a herbal recommendation you buy it if you want a small tablet that’s it. Once apple brings 90 hz< OLED to the air it’s all over for the pro.
i have the M4 ipad pro and its actually incredible, i had the m1 ipad air and i personally love the pro features and performance the 120htz is amazing the m4 chip is crazy fast face id is super convieninent the Oled display is super sharp and great outside the speakers are better i agree with Max Tech that for the extra features the pro is worth it for me by far over the new air, its got a much better Oled display with 1000 nits of regular brightness and promotion, face id, quad speakers, thunderbolt usbc port, better battery life, m4 chip thats 50% faster CPU and up to 4x faster pro rendering and stuff than the m2, thinner lighter design keep in mind, the air is practically identicle to the previous one and has these missing features No Promotion which is choppier when scrolling which also makes games run only at 60 fps No quad speakers for much worse sound No Oled display and is still LCD and hard to use outside and has lower res NO face id still M2 chip but a bind version of it with 9 GPU cores No thuderbolt port worse battery life because the display is 60htz and uses more battery for me the pro is worth it especially because once u get the air to the same 256gb of storage its 700 dollars and u can find the m4 ipad pro on sale for 100 dollars or more off
I don't know why speaker sound is so important when most people have and use earphones. At least I do. I think for the money ($549) the Air 11" has to be the best buy for most users.
You think most people use earphones lol that is an assumption and not a good one. For many, including myself, speaker quality is very important. I get pro iPads for that over the 120hz promotion 🤷🏾♂️. Just depends on ones needs and preferences, sound quality is very important for me and I don’t like to use earbuds at home only when I have to like on flights.
At least, iPad10/AirM2 display are PWM-free for human eyes, the rest are NOT. With Pencil Pro, AirM2 is naturally the best choice. Else iPad10 is still fine. Both batteries are equally great.

I’m not a sophisticated technical reviewer so I haven’t noticed the jelly roll or difference in 60 hertz display from my M1 11 inch iPad Pro 120 hertz display. I won’t be replacing my 11 inch iPad Pro for a while since the new ones are so expensive.
😢😢😢
I think the M2 iPad Air is the sweet spot for iPads. I’m a good balance of power and value.
Best review, period! This is how reviews should be done! Thank you for making this easy for us all.
I haven't gotten a new iPad since the first one I bought the iPad 3rd generation, it's about time I got a new one.
I’ll buy your old one
Watching this on my 13 inch. Best iPad easily. I watch movies all day with 1 charge and get at least 4 hours of gaming running 120fps at half brightness
“Skip the iPad Air and wait for something else to come out”
I’m sorry, what?
Best option for students: iPad Air m2 (11 inch with 256gb or 512gb recommended)
Best option for people who just want a relatively small, snappy quick and powerful device(not for gaming or super intensive tasks though): iPad mini A17 Pro (256/512gb recommended)
People who are a youtuber/play super intensive games/want it to last 8yrs+/ want a SUPER powerful monstrous iPad or just want the best: iPad Pro m4 (your choice but 11 inch recommended (512gb/1tb recommended)
If your looking for a cheap large device that looks great, use it just for TH-cam, googling, light gaming, baby games or for kids: iPad 10th gen or if your looking for an even cheaper one then iPad Air 3 or iPad 9th gen
Overall for the price and features, the most value for money is the iPad Air m2.
My M4 iPad Pro 11inch is the best computing device I have ever owned. So happy with it.
I currently have an iPad Air 2 and I definitely want to upgrade my iPad.
Thanks for this. Impressed that the iPad mini performs as well as it does. Leaning to moving back to the mini for its portability. The pro makes no sense for me - just duplicates my desktop or MacBook Pro. Others will have different priorities.
I’ll simplify it for everyone. Buy the cheapest one that has the screen size and storage you want/need.
Went from a mini6 i bought back in 2021 to an 11" m4 pro 1tb that'll last me for years to come
This is the most Apple product decision I am making.
Want to get something smaller and lighter than my M1 12.9”
I know I’ll love the mini, but I’m so worried I’ll miss the pro features, and the 11” M4 seems like an amazing device
I think the 11-inch iPad Air M2 is the right compromise between performance, quality and portability for everyone...I specify the 11-inch, because if it's 13-inch you might as well spend a little more money and get the pro. Let's be clear, the basic iPad is anachronistic with the advancement of Apple Intelligence, the mini may be fine just for watching some content (but I find it difficult to study or take a lot of notes from there)... while on the pro... well , it is undeniable that it is a premium product, for true professionals... but how many people buy the iPad pro for professional needs compared to having to compensate for some personal shortcomings with a high-end product? iPad Air is the way
The WiFi iPad Pro 11 M4 256gigs is the BEST one……….Price , specs , size ,quality , storage, is a sweet spot .
Mini gang rise up! Love my new mini7, way more useable on the couch than my 12.9 pro
I’m sticking with my mini. Love it for the size alone
Currently own a M1 11" iPad Pro, really like the Mini's form factor but feels like I would be downgrading based on specs alone.
@@litylu Thanks!
Just placed an order for the Mini 7. Should have it tomorrow. Kinda wished that I could use my current Apple Pencil.
I had the new iPad m2 air - sold it on to pay for the new mini …. I just cannot replace my love for the mini regardless is the air is most likely a better device
Should i wait for ipad 11th gen🤔🤔
Great video! You guys really have the best tech videos
Great review!
I got the 13” Pro days ago, absolute monster for creativity 😎✨ pulse the speakers on Pros are on another level
I love the mini as it fits in your hand comfortably ? ❤
I got my iPad 10 with cellular from my carrier for $190! I love my iPad 10
I guess the M1 Pro. It is still fast , apple intelligence, 8 or 16 gb ram, nice screeen, 120 hz…. I just bought one 😅
-at 6:41 mins he said i dont have to hit the button to unlock, however at 6:47 he press the button… lol
Touch ID >>>>> Face ID
@@vacric I know…
@@dondonlinatoc29 He did that because the screen was off already. Face ID isn't any more convinient but it's simply much more secure
@@LotsOfPaypa that’s why those vloggers should stop saying the inconvenience position of the Touch ID and why keeping it
@@dondonlinatoc29 Agreed most tech TH-camrs that have large channels are hard pressed to make content engaging so they end up a type of entatertainer/personality that people watch. I hear one TH-camr bash Apple and another praise Apple no matter what. All of this stuff is just for show to some extent.
Air 13“ Testing would be nice too.
I really couldn’t justify spending the $1,000 on the iPad Pro. Maybe another time but trying to figure out which to buy was a nightmare. I went with the iPad Air M2 😅
Dhamn the IPad Pro M4 11inch and 13inch Speakers are so similar. With my eyes closed I couldn’t even notice the Speaker Transition👍
iPad air m2 is the best deal hands down. As a college student, you get bigger screen and best performance with apple pencil pro support.
Also M2 chip is mooore than enough since ipad OS doesn't support apps that needs M2 level power.
I've had the M4 Pro and sold it for the new mini 7. Portability is king vs power to me.
Why did you sell? I have the ipad mini 7 and looking to get the pro 4 lmao
@@cardibbcardiii351 Because I didn’t mind the pro features at all. The mini does everything I need and more.
@ what about the screen on the m4? I heard its amazing!! Not worth saving??
@ Yeah the screen is amazing of course and it’s really fast. But the mini screen is also quite good. Depends on your usage. For just web browsing, reading and checking mail, the mini is better suited.
Ipad pro m1, best deal in tech right now. No need to spend 1-2k on newer pros
Should I wait for March for new iPad Pro to come in or should I buy iPad Pro M4 13inch ?
New iPad Pro is not coming until at least October 2025. Maybe even Spring 2026.
This March, we're only getting the iPad 11.
You're welcome.
Buy the M4 iPad Pro right now. Link to sale price in description and pinned comment.
@@MaxTechOfficial Thank you for this information 🙌🏻
One and only the iPad Air 5th generation. Nothing else.
If you want a 13" tablet, isn't the 13" air a good deal?
One of the worst tech reviews I’ve watched. Assuming you are looking to buy a new ipad how can you say skip the iPad air? The only one I should buy (if I have a lot of money) is the iPad pro? Sooooo if I don’t have a lot of money, but want an ipad, do I go for the iPad 10?
Well here’s my dilemma, only reason would be FASTER M4 CHIP and 4 SPEAKERS (I’m a music producer and SOUND IS IMPORTANT) … but check this ⬇️⬇️⬇️
I’m curious?? I just literally got this unit a month ago (maybe less) at the APPLE STORE on 5th Ave NYC…
How much you think i could get for it now if i wanted to let it go??…
Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (4th Gen): with M2 chip, Liquid Retina Display, 1TB, Wi-Fi 6E + 5G Cellular, 12MP front/12MP & 10MP Back Cameras, Face ID, All-Day Battery Life - Space Gray - (again not more than a month old) I’d take a $400-$500 LOSS - buts THATS IT…
When listening the ipad mini sounded the same or better then the air. So im between ipad mini or ipad pro 11 inch
6:55 "Immersivity"? I think the word you're looking for is immersion.
Correct answer is to get Apple refurbished iPad Pro M1. Cost cheaper than current Air line-up and with better screen, 120hz
contrary to all the people who are mad they bought a lousy iPad which the air absolutely is. The air is a bad deal. No Face ID and No 120 Hz and no thunderbolt. The obviously right choice to buy a used iPad Pro instead of the Air or if you have money to burn the iPad Pro
I guess because of size people actually take pictures with the iPad mini but only use the bigger iPads to scan docs and AR.
Would rather go for the iPad Pro 11” M1 for €669.
good breakdown. would you still love the ipad mini if you have foldable phone (that ends up a similar size unfolded).
I am on budget.I have iPad 10 and it’s fine for me.
Ipad mini led or Oled are my conditions to buy
None of them are appealing anymore for me without the headphone jack. Mobile music production needs latency free monitoring and onboard speakers can never be good enough for that purpose
It’s bout time Apple gives iPad Air faceID …since iPhone SE 4 is rumoured to have it for the first time next year (apparently)…..😅😅😅
Great run thru! Thank you!
Will Apple be releasing a new base iPad 11 this year?
No, maybe next year.
Nice video
If you really wanna buy an ipad, go for an ipad mini and save your money. Wait for at least 10 years, so you could get the specs of current ipad pro in ipad mini and buy it again.
i don’t know what to do with a iPad,it’s neither a computer,nor a phone
Watch TH-cam while you cook
Young and old people don’t need a computer, they only want to see a text, a movie without " se crever les yeux" ( french expression, be careful…)
"ameeron ke chochle" bro
When you get old you'll want an iPad. Your eyes will appreciate it.
Don't buy one simple
Wish Apple would upgrade FaceID on iPhones so that it can unlock in landscape as well just like the iPads.
If the iPad mini will have a Pro variant for sure that thing WILL outsell the air and 11 inch iPad pros
I for sure will get an iPad mini Pro
Thank you for the great review. How do you evaluate the mini for light note-taking compared to the 11”, such as in meetings or when annotating documents?
Max tech or zollo tech? Are you guys good enough for TH-cam or not, what do you think?
iPad mini = kids/hs students
iPad 10 = kids/hs students/seniors
iPad Air = hs & college students
iPad Pro = college students/working adults
The only ipad I'll ever buy is the Mini, that too, only when it gets atleast a 90hz screen. I wouldn't care even if it cost 50% more than the present price. The other ipads (excluding the base Ipad) don't make sense to me. Unless you draw on them as an artist, they just don't fit in between a phone and a laptop.
Which ipad pro should i buy for my videography and photography business
Im not an apple fan, but ipads get my attention. Im an architecture student. I have a powerful laptop and pc where i do my renderings and 3d modeling. So I dont need the expensive one. I need one just for quick sketching and showing my clients floor plans and quick notes. Which one would be the best for me?
i love the mini sm but as an illustrator and artist might go for the ipad pro 😔 for the better 😢
Thanks! Very interesting 👍💐
No doubt. iPad Pro M4 1Tb WiFi.
The 13" iPad Air screen's brightness peaks at 600 instead of 500 like the 11" model in case anyone wanted to know
IMO the M2 air is the best one
to be fair , based on this review I would lean to iPad Air. Ipad Pro are way too expensive for what they bring to the table.
* I believe the budget iPad 10 also supports the 1st generation Apple Pencil (the other ones don’t)
Once apple brings 90 hz< OLED to the air it’s all over for the pro.
i have the M4 ipad pro and its actually incredible, i had the m1 ipad air and i personally love the pro features and performance
the 120htz is amazing
the m4 chip is crazy fast
face id is super convieninent
the Oled display is super sharp and great outside
the speakers are better
i agree with Max Tech that for the extra features the pro is worth it for me by far over the new air, its got a much better Oled display with 1000 nits of regular brightness and promotion, face id, quad speakers, thunderbolt usbc port, better battery life, m4 chip thats 50% faster CPU and up to 4x faster pro rendering and stuff than the m2, thinner lighter design
keep in mind, the air is practically identicle to the previous one and has these missing features
No Promotion which is choppier when scrolling which also makes games run only at 60 fps
No quad speakers for much worse sound
No Oled display and is still LCD and hard to use outside and has lower res
NO face id
still M2 chip but a bind version of it with 9 GPU cores
No thuderbolt port
worse battery life because the display is 60htz and uses more battery
for me the pro is worth it especially because once u get the air to the same 256gb of storage its 700 dollars and u can find the m4 ipad pro on sale for 100 dollars or more off
iPad Pro 11
I don't know why speaker sound is so important when most people have and use earphones. At least I do. I think for the money ($549) the Air 11" has to be the best buy for most users.
iPad Pro m2 is a better choise
You think most people use earphones lol that is an assumption and not a good one. For many, including myself, speaker quality is very important. I get pro iPads for that over the 120hz promotion 🤷🏾♂️. Just depends on ones needs and preferences, sound quality is very important for me and I don’t like to use earbuds at home only when I have to like on flights.
At least, iPad10/AirM2 display are PWM-free for human eyes, the rest are NOT.
With Pencil Pro, AirM2 is naturally the best choice.
Else iPad10 is still fine.
Both batteries are equally great.
