Yo , i got a DT 125 LC mk1 ( no YPVS ) but am a bit worried for when my cylinder gets worn out so i needs replacement. i cant seem to find fitting cilinder kits that are plug and play. Do you know if it would be possible to fit a air cooled cylinder kit and top end with no modifications other then removing the liquid cooled installation? or perhaps any cylinder kits that do fit on the bike? I heared people talking about a Athena kit that should fit but cant seem to find it. Kind regards
@@mangalacrisss8560 thats weird. i have a 1984 dt 125 and thats the last year that fork was made. the frame is very different after that. someone might have done some paperwork changing on your bike.
@@mangalacrisss8560 Yeah i commented that a year ago, and aparrently they still make the dt 125/170 that looks like this! in europe where i live they stopped making this dt in 1988 i think and it became the DT125X supermoto in the 90s.
Thats not the correct way you should maintain the rpm and release the clutch lever holeshot is different than launching like in drag drace
nobody asked, cringe name btw
On that time i was a newbie. That's why i'm scared to launch at high rpms 😅
