Hi sis romba Nala useful video ... Enaku February delivery achu...unga video pathen romba helpful ah erundhuchu.
After delivery Enaku fissure problem vandhuruchu sis ... romba frustration ah eruku .. ointment lam use panren no use ... neriya water kudikuren but 3 months agi ennum heal agala...usually I don’t constipate . I got fissure due to constant diarrhea after my normal delivery...
Fissure heal aga tips sollunga... so u know anyone who suffered from this and recovered... I am scared about surgery ... will it take long time to heal... how long will it take ?

Hi Anitha, I usually watch your videos. Your love story video I can relate to 96 movie as you said. Your pregnancy story also will be useful for to be mommies and who wants to pregnant. I would like to share my experience of taking epidural I live in US, I delivered my 2 daughters in US and most of my friends also delivered 2 kids and they took epidural too no side effects for them and for me too. We all stay healthy I would say few people might have side effects but not all.

Useful tips...first when u got to know u were pregnant in UK u went to the GP is it? Did u get the appointment soon? Did they tell which hospital to go to?

Yes, u need to go to ur GP and they’ll send u to ur nearest midwife (in the nearest hospital mostly), appointment in a month’s time easily indu mm

Nicely explained, without epidural injection, is the good and correct way, laughing gas is a great idea; i consider without epidural injection is the natural birth and with an epidural is only 50% , but why this is not educated by system or doctors i dont know
