I love the spices and flavors found in Indian cooking! There is so much to learn because each area seems to have their own special dishes, and unique ways of preparing and combining different tastes and foods together.

you are saying two three tablespoons of oil is required but actually one cup oil is being used , please measure and pour to ensure sync between word and deed

That difference you feel is purely because of the close up shots. I would say 1 cup if I'd really used 1 cup. I wouldn't shy away from mentioning the actual measurements😊💖
