WESTMORELAND STATE PARK: A quick scamping trip to go visit a nice Virginia park with good hikes!

We have a few days free so we go visit Westmoreland State Park. It has been a few months since we've been able to take our Scamp out so it was exciting to finally have an opportunity! Westmoreland State Park sits upon the Potomac River, the trails in the park take you through gorgeous wooded areas, but also take you to scenic views of the river from the banks as well as from cliff tops!
We stayed at Campground C which is primarily for tent camping, so it gave us the opportunity to do some dry camping. This is not something we've had much opportunity to do so it's a fairly new experience for us and one that we definitely enjoyed!
