앗 처음 1등 딱 이와 같은 문맥에서는 it might be that 로도 거의 호환이 가능한 건지요?

The other day, I gave our dog a haircut. I dropped her off and two hours later, I picked her up. When l went to the shop to pick her up, she seemed to be trembling with fear. Her heart was beating too fast. It could be that she is old now. We decided to give her a trim as little as we can.
Today I woke up late. So, I'm trying my best to catch up on the less that I am supposed to be done by 6pm. It might be sound like I make an excuse but I was so tired. So, I could be that I can't hear the alarm
I definitely like this kind of video I’ve alway had a difficult in making sentences that just came up with my head into English. Thanks lot.
I heard he quit his job. Other than he was a bit busy, he always told me he really loved his job. I don’ know, it could be that he had some problems with his boss.
A: How did your date go with that girl you met at the concert? B: Oh man...she never showed up. I waited for her at the cafe for 2 hours before I finally left. A: That's too bad. I know you said she was really nice and pretty. I wonder what happened. B: Well I was afraid she really didn't like me, although she gave me her number when I asked. A: You know what.... or . B: Whoa hold on...I just got a text from her. Actually, her mom had a medical emergency so she had to drive her mom to the hospital, and on the way she got into a minor car accident. A: OMG...for real? But at least, it sounds like you will get another chance with her.
From the beginning of 2019 through the end of 2021, there was no accident. Then about 2 weeks ago we had an LTI occurrence. The accident happened when a forklift operator failed to observe the forklift guide, who was stationed on his bicycle to the left front of the forklift, and ended up running over him while making a diagonal turn to his left. The major cause of the accident can be attributed to the negligence of the forklift operator although his view was somewhat impeded by the forklift mast. As a possible corrective action, we are considering an installation of a wide angle camera or sensor to the forklift. There is a difference between how Korea and OSHA classifies an LTI. In Korea, only those accidents that result in lost time of more than 3 consecutive days are considered an LTI.
This is a part of my diary using that tip^^ - Of course, because he works over time almost everyday, it could be that he thought that that's unfair. Like "Why do you guys go home so early?"
I think the goverment could have come up with a much better had they listened to the people. it could be that + .... ??

걔가 흠친게 아닐 수도 있으니까, 너무 의심하지 말고 기디려봐 it could be not the case that he stole it, don't doubt about him too much and wait a bit 비가 올 수도 있으니까, 데이트 장소를 실내로 알아봐 it could be raining, you'd better check out an indoor place, just in case 방구가 아닐 수도 있으니까 화장실에가서 한번 확인해봐 it couldn't be a fart, go check your underwear at the bathroom 암컷일 수도 있으니까, 주인한테 물어봐 it could be that this dog is a female, first ask to the owner (선물로 아기 옷을 산 경우 남편와 남편간의 대화) 생각보다 애가 작을 수 있으니까, 부모(친구) 한테 전화해서 물어봐 it could be that her baby is smaller than we think, just try to call your friend to see if which shirt size is right for her baby.
It could be that they would not go to that restaurant after what happened. It could be that she might not reply to him. It could be that they traveled to another city. It could be that she didn't do her homework. It could be that she ate the cake without waiting for us.
1. A: She didn't answer any questions today. I don't know why. That's not like her. B: It could be that she was just annoyed./ She might have just be annoyed. 2. A: My pet turtle didn't move all day. I'm worried if it has some problem. B: I've had a turtle as a pet when I was young. So I know about it well. It could be that it was just tired. /I might have just been tired. You don't need to worry about that seriously. It happens quite often.
연습만이 살 길입니다. could have + past participle : 할 수도 있었는데 1. could have + past participle - means that something was possible in the past, or you had the ability to do something in the past, but that you didn't do it. * I could have stayed up late, but I decided to go to bed early. * They could have won the race, but they didn't try hard enough. * Julie could have bought the book, but she borrowed it from the library instead. * He could have studied harder, but he was too lazy and that's why he failed the exam. 2. could have + past participle : ~ 했었을 수도 있다 - when we want to make a guess about something that happened in the past. In this case, we don't know if what we're saying is true or not true. We're just talking about our opinion of what maybe happened. * Why is John late? - He could have got stuck in traffic. - He could have forgotten that we were meeting today. - He could have overslept. * We can also choose to use might have + past participle to mean the same thing * He might have got stuck in traffic. * He might have forgotten that we were meeting today. * He might have overslept. couldn't have + past participle means that something wasn't possible in the past, even if you had wanted to do it. * I couldn't have arrived any earlier. There was a terrible traffic jam - It was impossible for me to have arrived any earlier. * He couldn't have passed the exam, even if he had studied harder. It's a really, really difficult exam. should have + past participle 1. should have + past participle can mean something that would have been a good idea, but that you didn't do it. It's like giving advice about the past when you say it to someone else, or regretting what you did or didn't do when you're talking about yourself. * shouldn't have + past participle means that something wasn't a good idea, but you did it anyway. * I should have studied harder! - I didn't study very hard and so I failed the exam. I'm sorry about this now. * I should have gone to bed early. - I didn't go to bed early and now I'm tired. * I shouldn't have eaten so much cake! - I did eat a lot of cake and now I don't feel good. * You should have called me when you arrived - you didn't call me and I was worried. I wish that you had called me. * John should have left early, then he wouldn't have missed the plane. - he didn't leave early and so he did miss the plane. 2. We can also use should have + past participle to talk about something that, if everything is normal and okay, we think has already happened. But we're not certain that everything is fine, so we use 'should have' and not the present perfect or past simple. It's often used with 'by now'. * His plane should have arrived by now. - if everything is fine, the plane has arrived. * John should have finished work by now. - if everything is normal, John has finished work. * We can also use this to talk about something that would have happened if everything was fine, but hasn't happened. * Lucy should have arrived by now, but she hasn't. must've / might've + past participle We use the modal verbs "must have", "can't have" and "might have" to make guesses or deductions about an action in the past that we believe has definitely happened, has definitely not happened or possibly happened, based on our knowledge, information or evidence, or lack of it. must have + past participle : 틀림없이 했었을꺼야 - we believe the action definitely happened. * She must have left the house by now. it’s nearly 11 o'clock. - She usually leaves her house before 11 o’clock so I deduce that she has definitely left the house. * He must have heard the news. * He must have forgotten this. * You must have touched a wrong button. * He must have drunk too much last night. * It must have been taken away by a towing truck. can't have + past participle - we believe the action definitely did not happen (the opposite of "must have"). * She can’t have left the house yet because her car is still outside. - She usually takes her car so I deduce that she has definitely not left the house because her car is outside (the opposite of "must have"). might have + past participle - we believe it's possible that the action happened, but we don't know. * She might have gone to the shops. - It is possible that she has gone to the shops, but it is also possible that she has gone somewhere else. might not have + past participle - we believe it's possible that the action did not happen, but we don't know. * He might not have finished his exams yet. - It is possible that he has not finished his exams, but it is also possible that he has finished them. * "might have" / "might not have" in the third conditional structure: to imagine the possible result of an unreal situation in the past. * "If I had known about the traffic problems, I might have taken a different route." * The clause with might have describes the possible result of the unreal situation described by the "if" clause. The real situation and result: I didn’t know about the traffic problem so I am imagining the possibility of taking a different route if I had known.
it could be that our school bus was just delayed. The school bus might have delayed. If i knew that the school bus would be delayed, i could've gotten a chance to go to the book store.

"2019년부터 2021년까지는계속 사고가 없었습니다. "그러다가" 얼마전에 (2주 전도 얼마전의 범주에 들어간다면..) LTI(Lost Time Injury)

In Korea, only those accidents that result in lost time of more than 3 consecutive days are considered an LTI.

could have + past participle : 할 수도 있었는데
1. could have + past participle
- means that something was possible in the past, or you had the ability to do something in the past, but that you didn't do it.
* I could have stayed up late, but I decided to go to bed early.
* They could have won the race, but they didn't try hard enough.
* Julie could have bought the book, but she borrowed it from the library instead.
* He could have studied harder, but he was too lazy and that's why he failed the exam.
2. could have + past participle : ~
- when we want to make a guess about something that happened in the past. In this case, we don't know if what we're saying is true or not true. We're just talking about our opinion of what maybe happened.
* Why is John late?
- He could have got stuck in traffic.
- He could have forgotten that we were meeting today.
- He could have overslept.
* We can also choose to use might have + past participle to mean the same thing
* He might have got stuck in traffic.
* He might have forgotten that we were meeting today.
* He might have overslept.
couldn't have + past participle means that something wasn't possible in the past, even if you had wanted to do it.
* I couldn't have arrived any earlier. There was a terrible traffic jam
- It was impossible for me to have arrived any earlier.
* He couldn't have passed the exam, even if he had studied harder. It's a really, really difficult exam.
should have + past participle
1. should have + past participle can mean something that would have been a good idea, but that you didn't do it.
* You should have called me when you arrived
- you didn't call me and I was worried.
* Lucy should have arrived by now, but she hasn't.
must've / might've + past participle
We use the modal verbs "must have", "can't have" and "might have" to make guesses or deductions about an action in the past that we believe has definitely happened, has definitely not happened or possibly happened, based on our knowledge, information or evidence, or lack of it.
must have + past participle : 틀림없이 했었을꺼야
- we believe the action definitely happened.
* It must have been taken away by a towing truck.
can't have + past participle
- we believe the action definitely did not happen (the opposite of "must have").
* She can’t have left the house yet because her car is still outside.
- She usually takes her car so I deduce that she has definitely not left the house because her car is outside (the opposite of "must have").
might have + past participle
- we believe it's possible that the action happened, but we don't know.
* She might have gone to the shops.
- It is possible that she has gone to the shops, but it is also possible that she has gone somewhere else.
might not have + past participle
- we believe it's possible that the action did not happen, but we don't know.
* He might not have finished his exams yet.
- It is possible that he has not finished his exams, but it is also possible that he has finished them.
* "might have" / "might not have" in the third conditional structure: to imagine the possible result of an unreal situation in the past.
* "If I had known about the traffic problems, I might have taken a different route."
* The clause with might have describes the possible result of the unreal situation described by the "if" clause. The real situation and result: I didn’t know about the traffic problem so I am imagining the possibility of taking a different route if I had known.
