I use parchment paper in the cylinder. It keeps it from trying to come out when you screw down on the puck

I tried that with this press but the cylinder lining still slides out. I may just take it out altogether.

Interesting. Would you consider doing a blind smoke between the pressed and the non pressed to see if there is any notable difference? Thank you in advance. JB

I thought about that. Not sure how “blind” it would be, though. You can really tell the difference between the loose and pressed tobacco when loading it in your pipe. We’ll see if it’s possible. Thanks for the idea.
