Bass Cover: 'Turn The Music Up'; The Players Association (1979)

Admittedly more of a jam than a cover! I remember when this was released & loving its structure & vibe... I considered it a disco classic but haven't attempted playing it since about age 25 (back then only on a Musicman Stingray)! I recall a superb cover was recorded by the Brand New Heavies some years ago. Anyway, here's how I'd approach it if asked to do so live, or something similar. Give it a whirl, bassists: a fab track -- busk it & enjoy. Recorded here with Fender Elite Jazz Bass, old roundwounds, and via Boss GT-1B.
