    May I suggest rubbing the moving parts in graphite power? It would make those printed parts move more smoothly since there's no fluid involved so it should be able to stick on the parts themselves.

      That's a great idea. Unfortunately, lubricant grade graphite is quite hard to come by. I thought of placing load bearings on the top and bottom of the impeller to completely eliminate the contact between the parts. I hope that that will work.

      ​@@RUD_Technologies Actually I think you can use those water soluble graphite powder sold at art supply stores which is pretty fine in terms of fineness and quite affordable (if your rocket uses solid fuel and no liquid involved) and not on industrial grade where is 1000s or more dollars.
