Rajasthan has nailed its mutton dishes like no other! We went to Handi one afternoon for lunch and drooled over its Laal Maas, Galauti Kebab and Junlgi Maas.
Jungli Maas totally blew my mind away! I have never tasted any mutton that is so intense in flavour - with its pure ghee, dry red chillies and burnt garlic!

Coming to laal maash. Yes it was spicy but the bumch of flavours burst in ypur mouth was worth it .

The best lal maas in jaipur is at talk of the town, M.I.ROAD..that is authentic one with mathaniya lal mirch and kanchri paste. Generally other restraunts skip kanchri paste and use other substitutes.,"HANDI" is also a great restaraunt i will prefer their tandoori items, that are great..

i will recommend to taste typical bengali food in kolkata after lockdown , should try "KOSHA MANGSHO" ,"BHAAPE ILISH","CHINGRI MALAICURRY" & "CHICKEN OR MUTTON BIRYANI" I m sure u will forget hyderadi biryani after eat typical bengali style biryanis in kolkata
