The 'plate break' when you termed 'Khandvi' as 'Khaman' was funny. 😁
Just wanted to add that it's called 'Maalpua' in the upper half of India but has somehow been altered to 'Maalpoha' in the lower half.
I have so many memories of having lunch here with my mom. We uaed to travel to Pune for work every weekend from Mumbai & quite frankly, PG (as we called it back then) was my only rishwat ❤️❤️ I used to come back home at 4am from office and be up for a 6am bus to Pune only to have PG thali for lunch 😂😂😂 Love ur channel Mohita! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 I binge watch it all the time 😝😝

The papad and sev ki sabsi started because they are very common in every marwaris house you'll always find them through out the year! And some times when they're no veggies to cook we cook these! Also they are a few days in a month where a few marwaris do not have veggies so this works
The way you eat curries and rotis is correct. There should be a lot of curry scooped along with a piece of the roti. Some people dip it in dal and eat, which is not correct. When you eat roti with dal, one should take a piece of roti and eat atleast 2 spoonfuls of dal (if it is watery). Please do announce on your show that one should eat 2 times the amount of vegetables (curries) & dals with respect to the measure of rotis or rice one consumes.

So I eat kaddi and papad with kitchdi and ya it is difficult to grow vegetables in desert thus we eat papad badi Kasturi methi Sev ki subji and Sev ki subji is like Maharashtrian Sev and pao

@@MohitaNamjoshi yup.. it used to a mandatory once a month trip for wholesome and good tasty food to Bhandarkar road Panchwati Gaurav. Also used to visit their Mumbai's branch whenever was in Mumbai. They maintained the taste in both the locations. Now it's been long since have gone to these locations. Will definitely will visit their Nasik branch, where it all started.
