The environment with his real mom and dad was not ideal. All the tax payers had their money stolen. #1 his birth was not paid for #2 foster family gets monthly check to produce a nice child. #2 youth authority (not free) #3 police #4 EBT card. White tax payers, Mexican tax payers , Black, Asian all paid to improve his environment. The USA is #1 choice for people all over the world. Everything is HIS FAULT.

I’m an older white man from Louisiana ( also a rebulican)and I’ve always thought that these gang members just wanted this life. Well now that I opened my eyes. Some of these young men just never had a chance because of environment and family. Even though he says he doesn’t regret it, his facial expression says otherwise. If he would have been raised in a good family and a better environment I think he would have turned out different

This does not make them less nor does it make them unintelligent. Here's a video showing how differently schizophrenia can present in different people.

He needs to sit with his head up and I believe he will find his way he needs to believe in himself more he has a purpose in his life. One thing he said stood out is that your environment plays a big role on how you are as a person maybe the environment/lifestyle you are surrounded by is making you feel there is no opportunities for you. There is many opportunities for you and you're still young so you can definitely make something out of yourself and be contempt in life. The first thing that he can probably start with is probably getting his GED/Diploma from adult school that will probably knock down those walls where he may feel like there is nothing coming his way. Im confused I thought jail provides resources/programs for people who may have a record to help them get jobs or is that what the half way house is for?

When you grow up in rough and broken conditions, it's hard to overcome that when you're surrounded by drugs, gangs and violence which a lot of people on the other side of the screen don't understand.r (people who just call people like him "punks") like he said "your environment is a factor of how you grow up" it's hard to overcome that, but when you become self aware, it's a good first step in the right direction in my opinion.

Ice, you remind me so much of my friend in NYC. You’re the same age as him. His dad was affiliated and my friend was raised in that unstable environment. But he got out. He started reading. He started doing things for himself and following his passions. He said, “Fuck what people think I am, fuck what people expect me to become, and fuck anybody who doubts me.” He pulled himself out the mud. I know you can, too. I’ve never heard someone as self-aware as you. You know what’s up. You know. So whatever happens to you, just know that it’s not too late. It’s never too late. You just gotta start caring more about you, and less about what’s expected of you, what you’re “supposed” to be doing, and what other people think. You think you have a linear, narrow path in life because that’s all you know, all that’s been expected of you. Open your eyes and you’ll see the path is actually wide as hell and beautiful and full of people who wanna walk with you if you can free yourself. Break the fucking cycle. I wish I could meet you. I know you got this.

Almost every single one of these stories has the same background in common & it’s always the parents failing their children. I feel like with the proper upbringing he could’ve had a better chance at life, of course he still has a chance now but the possibility would’ve been higher had his parents did right by him.

That’s just his mom, his DAD who is also his parent was a “rolling stone” in & out running the streets that wasn’t a good example or role model for a child.

You remind me so much of my dude... he grew up in watts... same shit come with it especially in the environment. Just like I tell him everyday I understand you do what you have to do, but you can achieve great things beyond this shit. Your smart and have passion behind your words. You seem like a wonderful person and your in my prayers 💕
