3rd skill is lvl1, the difference between lvl1 and lvl10 is about 10% damage dealt. Even adding air raid assistance would still only be 241K*1.1*1.15=305K which is less than 3/4 of a BB. To add to the insult, BB are supposed to be screwed in this battle because of the anti shell shield. She’s not that strong against heavy, but she still should be top 5 in theory. So either something is wrong or she’s overestimated

Wait a minute Nguyen you put Fritz alongside with Bismarck zwei? Uh Fritz can't get the special buff from Zwei if their in the same fleet. Remember Bismarck Zwei buffs IB carriers, if a fleet's flagship is an IB carrier that she wasn't in. You probably need to replace Zwei with someone else like Soyuz and probably max out her skills then try again.

but Fritz gets a buff if she hits Targets that are "Drawn in" which to my Knowlage only happens from Bisco2s Vortex, no other Ship can provide that. I like the 2 together.

I don't think she beats the kearsarge y2 and Implacable core. Besides with York 2s rerun around the corner, we will be getting another skyraider
i'm just curious but wouldn't Emden serve as a better Buffer here then Plymouth? i'm not sure how much more dmg Plymouth does but with 3 other IB Ships Emdens 10% dmg buff should be really good no? I will be fair, and maybe I am the only one thinking like this, but I really wish they would have simply went with a normal aircraft carrier setup. (Basically Fighter/Dive Bomber/Torpedo bomber) Rather than what we got. While I do agree that it's kind of like the ship's special thing with the auxiliary gun, I hate how she is (in my opinion) just a CVL in the body of a CV. I mean only 2 plane slots, not the biggest fan of that. I wish we could have gotten a new fighter in the shop, or perhaps maybe a Golden Stuka, or even a UR Fighter as the ME-262 for example, as to why they didnt put anything new in the shop when it comes to equipment is everybody's guess. I don't know, being given that this is the Iron Blood's first ever UR CV I kind of wanted it to be more like a german Shinano or Hakuryuu. Or perhaps I just dont know how to use her properly.
She is specialized in light and medium armor so her lack of damage against a heavy armor boss is nothing strange. She also can get 8 fighters, 4 on each slot, which further shows that she is a light armor-oriented CV.
Given the hype some were giving her, this is frankly hilarious. Perhaps things will look up when a better test target is available and her skills are completely maxed, but that's still quite a disparity to overcome considering the BBs were also somewhat disadvantaged in this fight. I kind of see her as a ship more suited for mobbing than bossing though to be honest.

Rumey is a fighter specialist, good at medium single target and anti air. she's pretty good at light armor too
Guess thats about expected damage against heavy with around 20% loss from skills? Will be interesting to see her against Light/Medium.

105 range doesn't trigger at all times, it's barely over the white line. There might be inconsistency.
