- Jon - Buying: We take a brand new Datejust Wimbledon with a smooth bezel on an oyster bracelet.
Josh | Billy - New Stock: Josh opens up a new Rolex Daytona in steel and gold with the black diamond dial while Billy receives a 2022 Datejust, smooth bezel on oyster bracelet with the white dial.
Jon - Buying: We take a new Cartier Santos with the ADLC bezel. This watch comes with a black rubber strap as well as a full steel bracelet. These can be changed without the use of tools by the watch owner.
Josh - Selling: Rolex Air-King 116900.
Josh - Sourcing: Rolex Datejust 36mm 16200.
Jon - Selling: Yacht-Master 42 Oysterflex in Yellow Gold.
Jon - Selling: Sea-Dweller ‘red writing’ 50th Anniversary.
Jon - Consignment: Rolex Lady-Datejust 26mm Yellow Gold, President bracelet, White Diamond Dial.
Jon - Buying: Rolex Datejust 41, Fluted Bezel, Jubilee Bracelet, Blue Dial. Yacht-Master 40 Rhodium Dial.

I like Jon. And judging by other reviews, he seems to be becoming the darling of our favorite store this side of the Atlantic. His affability, his good nature and his courtesy make him immediately sympathetic. Anyhow, the entire team is distinguished by its hospitality, its kindness, its expertise and above all, its relaxed and phlegmatic side. I miss Stuart, a true model of calm and leadership, and Hendo-The-White, our favorite chief-wizard. But when it's Josh, Harry or Jack that's missing, then I miss them too. I guess this is a testament to the uniqueness of this engaging team: we can't do without any of them! We certainly can't do without these videos, that's for sure. I think it's fair to say that Sunday is now a registered trademark of Watchtrader & Co.

Love the videos guys. Keep them coming. Don’t be offended but the last guy is the reason I’d never pay over retail for a watch, I know it’s your business. Really annoys me when some you tubers sell watches like datejusts as pure investments. Buy what you like and appreciate it.

Fluppers need to be punished
A lot fomo’d in. The dealers (goldsmiths) have advised me if I keep my business with them I may have a chance of a Daytona in 10 years, after spending £100k. This makes me give up on Rolex, especially knowing I could get a used Cartier from these boys for around £1k less than retail…who doesn’t love a saving a grand!
@@speedokds Take your business to a smaller Rolex AD. Stay away from the WOS group. Whoever you deal with don't buy any watches from a Rolex AD unless you want them (even Rolex) on the promise of future deals. I still think the Rolex market has some way to drop. Happy for anyone to call me out in six months. 😊

So exhausted from so much Rolex pushing…
Can’t believe how much the Rolex’s are dropping still, I think soon for the regular ones it’s going to be back to the old days of near to or slightly less than retail and to be honest I think that will make for a much more stable market for resellers.
Oh and you might find this fun, a secondary dealer here in Vienna has just got in a 2022 rose gold sky moon Tourbillion! Brand new they are asking €8,000,000 or offers!
I have noticed here secondary market dealers have been more reluctant to reduce prices of their new or newish Rolex models until the past two weeks but they are now starting to come down to the UK/US pricing, they have been sitting on stock for a while as I have seen the same watches on sale for a few months.
As for the Sky Moon, though. I think it a remarkable feat of horology it really is fugly in person, I would rather buy one of their simple enamel dial minute repeaters and the new split seconds Chronograph and the new rose gold chocolate dial moon phase Nautilus and save the seven million I would have left!

It is a work of art though and thinking on it, if the €159,000,000 euro millions landed on my doorstep and at a few weeks short of becoming 59 what the hey, I´ll buy it as well, wear it to the state Opera in Vienna for a particularly opulent Opera! What? they do buy watches, heaps of them every day but they also offer consignment as it returns more to the customer, and leaves more cash flow for them to buy more watches. Not that difficult to understand!
