Great to hear. Let me know if you need help getting set up!
Awesome video 🙏🏿
Glad you found it helpful!
Thanks for the video, very helpful. I am just starting my business and got a little overwhelmed by all the accounting, invoicing, CRM, business management software available and the fees that they all charge for a lot of overlapping features. I will be checking out wave for sure. For business management why did you choose breezeworks over other options like jobber or joist?
Hey Travis,
Glad to hear you’re just starting out. Good luck!
The tech options are definitely overwhelming and it’s hard to gauge which software will be best suited for your needs.
I chose Breezeworks initially because at the time (circa 2018) it seemed like an all-in-one software and it is. It’s great if you’re just starting out.
You can use it for CRM, invoicing, estimating, even sending automated follow up reminders to clients. It’s also much cheaper than others. Right now I believe it’s $307 annually.
However, it doesn’t offer more powerful features (like automated on-the-way text messages to your clients).
After a few years of learning what I needed I decided to move off of Breezeworks and am currently using Housecall Pro (HCP).
I opted for HCP because it has some core functionality that Breezeworks is missing and is overall a more robust piece of software.
I may do a video reviewing Breezeworks and HCP/comparing between Jobber and others.
Let me know if you’d find those helpful or if I can help out with anything else.

@@TheHandyManual Thanks so much for the detailed response Matt. It's much appreciated. Seems like it comes down to picking something, trying it, and learning what the needs really are. I would find a review of the various platforms very helpful. So, if you decide to do that it would be awesome. Thanks for the great content and looking forward to more videos!
Exactly! I’ll definitely add that video topic to the queue. Thanks for your support. I really appreciate it!

💯👍🏼
google voice is trash, I miss more calls then I get and so much spam I don't even answer it anymore.
Is your spam filtering turned on? With that on, I only get customer calls that come through. What do you use instead of gv?
Russian email server ...yikes
You may want to be cautious about using Russian mail apps (VK), MailDotRU was recently removed from a lot of app stores.
What app stores was it removed from? It’s still on google play and the apple App Store.
@@TheHandyManual As of Sept. 28 [2022], Russia's popular homegrown social network VK (formerly VKontakte) and email service MailDOTru are no longer available for download on the App Store in any country. In a statement, Apple cited conflicts with British sanctions as the reason for the removal. Apps that are already downloaded can continue to be used, according to Apple. In response, Russia's Digital Affairs Ministry said it was "investigating the reasons" for the removal. The VK apps are still available on Google’s Play Store.
@@TheHandyManual Can't post links, the text is from the tech story.
I hadn’t heard that, thanks for the info. I’ll look into this further.
