    Sauce does not appear curdled!! Looks delicious, although I'm vegetarian!

    Your sauce is curdled. Too little flour for the amount of liquid you added. A broken flour based sauce isn’t horrible but when you add the cream it will then cuddle that too and exasperate the curdling problem.

      Agreed. Cream was in too early and garlic in too late.

    Fricase has wine 🍷 or beer 🍺
