Excellent video, Liam. Was cool to meet up again at Dead of Winter Festival. Sorry it took a while to get the Aeons Abyss cd over to you. It's a banger. Need to check out Pustilence album( I'm sure I have the ep they brought out). Also need the new Valgrind, as I have a cd called, Seal of Phobos by them. Will have a nose at Lifeless Chasm Records. Lots of new stuff here to check out Liam. Pustilence definity does the My Dying Bride riff, just a little faster. I almost sang along “The Mills of God Grind Slowly”. Man, Dead Of Winter fest looks like it was a blast. Watched Marc G’s video and it was cool to see clips of you guys playing as well as the other bands. Got out an old 90’s death doom CD last night and had forgotten how good it is. Ashes You Leave - The Passage Back To Life. Very, very much like early My Dying Bride, even has violin. Check it out if your not familiar with it.
I have to say a big thank you for the Ashes You Leave recommendation mate, bought it as soon as I heard it and had it on all this week. Never heard of them before and found it cheap here so was an instant hit for me! Cheers for watching mate 🤘🍻💀

Awesome Death Metal update Liam! Lots of bands here I don't know, and added to my list. I added Nyctophagia, Cropsy Maniac, Crypticus, Martyrdoom and Grave Ghoul. They all sound like I could enjoy something there. Aeons Abyss, Body Asphyxiation Science, Valgrind and Pustilence I need to check out! Thanks for the recommendations man, and was awesome to see the video of Consecration playing the Dead winter fest! I would really like to go next year! 😁🤘🏻🤘🏻

Bit of a beast of an underground update here. I think they're probably too much of that style I don't tend to bother with, I tried a few but my opinions should certainly not put people off from trying them as im really just entry level lol, great to see you in Scotland mate.
Oh this lot was mostly out of my comfort zone, was cool to receive these and try something new. Aye was great fun, need to get up north for a few more gigs where im not playing so I don't have to faff about.
Great update! Valgrind is the only ones I'm familiar with so I have a lot of listening to do! Especially Martyrdoom sounded like something I would enjoy. Cheers!

Good update there Liam. There's a few from this lot I've made notes to check out. Quite a few new bands in as well and it's great for the scene that bands are still forming and playing the death doom style.

It seems like that little lot from Lifeless Chasm is a stack of the absolute FILTHIEST, most disgusting music in the truest sense of those words - I'm pretty sure Coprobaptized would mean being blessed by 'The Lord' whilst being smeared with shit! 🤣 Delightful.
That second bunch is probably more my speed, tbh. I had heard of Grave Ghoul and Seven Doors previously, but never got round to listening, and somehow managed to not have anything to do with Ryan all weekend, too! 😂 I need to correct that.

@TheDeathDoomMetalHead So Liam what do you think of the two track off the new My dying bride album. First one didn't do much for me to be honest, i liked the music but not his vocal style as it needs more growling. Second one was way way better. Seems its going to contain more violins. Like that.
