Question: New to sewing and learned just freehand mostly from mom and TH-cam. I don’t follow patterns but I do watch a ton of TH-cam videos for ideas. I notice you credit those you receive patterns from. Is that for legal purposes? What if I don’t use patterns but learn from TH-cam channels? Do I still need to mention those channels? Any help is most appreciated.
I mention and link the patterns to give credit to the pattern designers. Also, so that other people can find the patterns and purchase if they would like to. I'm not affiliated with any pattern designers. I hope this helps! 🙂
