I found a tiny kitten standing on the side of the road once. She was standing there watching traffic go by. So I stopped my truck and walked back to where she was. I was afraid she would take off running into the traffic or into the tall grass but instead, she got up and ran to me. I picked her up and put her in my truck. She's 2 years old now and has a forever home.

I found one that way as well and he was the most grateful animal I ever owned. Was SO glad to have a warm home, plenty of food, love from a Mom. He was such a delightful experience in my life. I still miss him.

Yes...but feed her in proper position - tummy down, as if she is nursing her mother. The on your back human baby position makes it too easy to go down wrong pipe into their lungs.

I found and adopted a little female kitten at my work at exactly the same time and exactly the same age, and had exactly the same reaction from my 5 year old male cat, Alley. Now 2 months later they are playing and wrestling together like they've known each other forever! She even looks just like this one, just brown instead of gray.

Last October I found a 2 week old kitten in the middle of the road, barely had the energy to move. Looked around and couldn’t see signs of a mum or siblings.
Took him home and after a very rough few days and 4-hourly feeds, he thrived. He’s nearly 1 year old now and can’t imagine not being around ☺️
You r awesome! Thank u for taking care of this weekend baby that barely had his eyes open. It is not easy to raise a kitten that small. U were determined n made sure u fed every four hours. God bless u n the kitten!

She looks a lot like my kitten, also a Lucy. She was found with her brothers after the mom was hit by a car. I brought her home and presented her to my adult male cat and told him, here’s your new daughter. He reached out and grabbed her with both paws and started grooming her right away. I always knew he would want a kitten of his own since he would come over to me and knead and purr when I played kitten videos on my iPad. They love each other. She also plays with my shih tzu every day. Someone hit her off button so she’s asleep right now.
