2:35 That liquid is not water, is liquid Nitrogen with traces of carbon monoxide, u can see it where it says "seas composition" at the left altmost at the bottom, also as u can see the planet is -180°C so theres no way u can find liquid water in that planet, in fact, the entire surface of that planet is porbably made of water ice rocks and other ices, the planet at 7:23 also has nitrogen oceans and is -194°C
and most of the other planets u found with exotic life have nitrogen oceans or co2 oceans since exotic life needs very cool temperatures to develop and water oceans can't exist
Basically, all the planets with "exotic" life on space engine are something like planets with silicon based forms of life istead of carbon based forms of life as we are, so all the planets are made of ice mainly and are all very very cold

But the greenhouse effects says it is around 23 degrees?

The green house effect means that it is 23 degrees Hotter then it should be.

I'm pretty sure most of the ocean worlds was liquid methane

You are correct, most exotic life need very cool temperatures to live in.

11:10 that’s probably liquid methane it’s way to cold there to be water
