1 kg of tomato, must be very red. A peeled and unseeded cucumber, a pair of garlic cloves, a green peper. A piece of white bread. ( not too much bread) a pinch of salt and half cup of olive oil, and half cup of wine vinager. Chop the ingredients informe small pieces, add the oil, salt, and vinager. Blend it and add very cold water about 1, or 1,50 L. Put it in the fridge We take it like a cold soup or as starter.

Paella can be very simple, at least with the Aramark recipes I use on a military base. Just yellow rice, peas, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and pork, chicken, shrimp, or chorizo for meats. But not that slimy mess Mexican Americans call chorizo, that nice dark red hard sausage!

NalaG RZ tell me how you make your gazpacho. I'd love to hear you tell me how to make gazpacho. I'd love to make this for my family. Muchas gracias. Buenas noches.
NalaG RZ Correct me if I’m wrong, but gazpacho looks like a red salsa. Vine Roma tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, garlic, stale bread, lime juice, sherry wine, olive oil, and V8 combined and chilled for hours before it’s eaten and served with artisan bread drenched in olive oil. I know V8 juice is very American, but I love it and think it makes a nice addition to the soup.
Paella is the Spaniard's attempt at Arabic rice, but failing at it, the Saudi, Somali, Yemeni rice is very good I wished it reached Spain in its proper form, Paella is called "gumbo" in the US
Creo que es una de las peores paella que he visto en mi vida, ni tiene orden ni concierto, ni los ingredientes, mejor no hablar tampoco del "gazpacho" y ya no sigo mirando 😫
That roasted salad 😍😍😍 I tried at my home and it was amazing 😍
Love the host…. She is very interested and so sincere…..
Spanish cuisine has become international.

The last dish looks like kheer to me. I am from India
NO ONE *CARES*
@sarah zaidi southern Spanish cooking has some elements influenced by Gypsies from northern India and from Arabia
It has different names in different countries, Rice pudding in UK.
