Great job! You give very exact clear, precise instructions, listing to your voice my nervous system slows down. I just looked at your site, your approach to Somatics is the next level. Thank you for your kindness.

Thank you for letting me know that. The beauty of this process is that it allows you to take a new control of the resolution of your view of your space, you body. The deeper you look, the more there is to see. The only limit is the ability of your awareness.
It is also important to zoom out with your view. Tight groin relates to tight waist vectors, which relate to tightness and constriction of the breathing space up into the ribs.
      Consider these movements:
      * Side Bend Details Playlist* (especially the last 4 detail videos) th-cam.com/play/PLFLw4vgr7ayg805GghI6dZptt4Lob6sIj.html
Contractions of the side breathing spaces can boil over as groin issues
And definitely at least the first assessment of the *Inner-X playlist* :
      th-cam.com/play/PLFLw4vgr7ayhNdAbmTKQbIS4MDkEKO41y.html
The Inner-X lines can boil over as groin issues.
It is my pleasure to be of service. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for commenting.

There ya go! Every place that you practice on can contribute some valuable slack to your system.

I felt like my worst leg and hip feels like it floped out more than usual. And i feel like my leg was twitching after in my hip , and i felt my quad feel different. My leg feels relaxed. I did both sides but my worst side felt the twitching during the scan after

It may be hurting at the hip but you may have a situation where your hip is having to make up for the torso not allowing the waist to move, thus demanding that the hip do all the work.
Free your torso and waist to help the torso move the legs.
      This one, for sure:
*The Propeller and Simple Propeller, Rotation for walking and running.* The root impulse in human gait is rotational. * The Propeller and Simple Propeller* can help you to clarify what has to contract, and what has to relax open, for rotation to work well in the torso.

I'm not sure what you are asking?
Focus on breathing space limitations, the torso.

I can't do any of these without pain. It's not too painful to do, but its there.

My strategy for keeping it safe for people is to almost always have pain as the limit, to not go into pain. One reason is that the brain won't learn well if is distracted by pain.
If the pain is the actual joint, you'll probably have to adapt the practice.
Minimize the pain. Pushing through the pain will probably not help this method be more effective. Be very careful to avoid making the problem any worse. This method allows you to teach the nervous system to let the muscles relax. With that diminishment of tension comes less tension across the joints. It's not stretching, it's learning to control tensions that have been automatic for a long time.
I am glad you are exploring this one. This the the type of detail that allows you to make valuable change in your perception of the body. If groin is tight, that points back to torso.
