Forever Wood Flower & Vase - Woodturning Project | Davidson Crafts

I have always disliked giving a gift that is just going to dry up and die so I loved the idea of making a flower out of wood. This woodturning project was not as tricky as I thought it was going to be and ended up being a ton of fun. The vase is made from figured maple and the flower is Leopard wood and poplar. I am a self-taught woodworker/crafter who still has much to learn so please don't view this content as instructive. Let me know in the comments your suggestions on what I should craft next. Enjoy!
