You can get them from Amazon if you are buying a truck load, Or box or pallets from places like Liquidation.com there are hundreds of places to get Amazon returns from, It's not exclusive to one outfit. Or if you live close to a warehouse distribution center, Go to the front office there and have your buyer hat on.

Yo that first controller is probably brand new just open package because the Fortnite skin that comes with it sells for $30-$55 my guess is someone bought it took the skin either redeemed it for themselves or sold it and made more than they paid for the controller and also got a refund on the controller. So technically that is a customer return scam.
