Hi thanks for sharing your experience! I am trying for Enhypen today! I was wondering if I can try 2 devices at once? For example if I have my laptop on wifi and my phone on cellular data but they are on the same account/email on both devices. Do you know if this would work?
I am also trying again today, wishing us both luck. I don't think you can have the same account on two different devices. It might glitch out and sign you out of one of the devices or crash when you try to pay. I would recommend (if you are worried about the wifi or cellular data) that you try on your phone with the wifi and if it fails, you can turn your wifi off without leaving the app and use your data. Hopefully this helps!
@@NikitaKLo okay but when I purchased I was only given an order number and was told that I would receive the ticket before or on the day of the event. I tripled checked when looking on to site to make sure it was the right one. I just want to make sure because that sounded kind of sketchy.
Ticketmaster does that sometimes too and will have a countdown of when your ticket is available under "my events" or "my tickets." I didn't have AXS do that for me when I bought for Ateez but every venue, artist, and ticket type is different. I wouldn't be able to give you specifics without having been there to do the ticketing process with you. Hope this helps.@@porshamallen

So my presale code was obviously a long time ago because this video is kind of old. But once you sign up for the presale code, you should get an email or text with the code AT LEAST by the day BEFORE the sale. If you didn't get it, that means you didn't qualify for it. And the presale code is only to access the presale. That code will not work for any other day of ticket selling. Hope this helps.

AXS is not a scam. It works just like TicketMaster and is *not* a third party ticket selling website. You can trust it.
