The way that you picked seats were what was causing it to say you were leaving seats because the ones next to them were solo. You have to choose them from vertical and not horizontal. But so glad that you gotten the tickets you wanted!

When ticketing happened, I ended up getting nosebleeds. Then a week before the NY show some floor seats went on sale and I upgraded. No vip but floor seats nonetheless.

Hi!! I opened two tabs on the same computer but different chrome profiles. You have to use a different account for each device you have or you'll be kicked out of the queue. You can use the same membership number for each stop!

So your video has seriously helped! Someone please correct me if I’m wrong but VIP is connected to specific seats - not something you can add to any seats? I was trying to figure out the floor GA but wasn’t seeing any VIP so they might have been sold out but generally would there be tickets that say VIP or Ultimate from the floor selection??
Happy to help!! It completely depends on the artist, but for this tour the vip benefits were attached to the specific ticket! Some venues had seated vip and some had GA vip, so it depended on the show. Some artists do have vip benefits separate though. Either way, the ticket should say vip. :)

Hello! It is completely entirely 1000% based on luck. There are many times I've done it and it doesn't work, and then there are times that you see in my videos where it does. I usually try one tab refreshing and one tab not.

That was the presale code! It completely depends on the artist and the company managing their tour, but normally you'll sign up for a presale and you'll receive a code to enter before picking tickets in your email. Not every artist has presale codes though! For the recent Stray Kids ticketing you had to sign up for the presale with your Ticketmaster account, and only accounts that had been approved could access the sale. I hope this helps!

The waiting room usually opens about 10-15 minutes before the queue and I like to get on the page about 30 mins before :)

It's for presale in order to get tickets before the general sale . To get that code you need to sign up for presale and it sends you a code.
