i thought for AXS we couldn’t choose our seats ? or maybe that’ll be for just TXT 😭 i’ve never used AXS before so i’m just trying to learn as much as possible before tickets come out !! also, when it says vip floor does that automatically mean it’s GA or could it also mean that it can be seated ? :0
I have always been able to choose my seats on AXS (I did for Ateez on AXS as well). Usually if it does not have sections for floor, it is most likely going to be GA but we never know for sure until ticketing opens or the artists or AXS themselves put out if it's GA or seated.
This went so smoothly I’m praying for this when I try for txt 🙏🏻🙏🏻 question, what’s the “protect a ticket” for? Like an insure if you can’t go? Is it expensive? I will be travelling from another country so I wonder if it’s a good idea 😅😅
I have never paid for that, even when I have traveled for a concert. Honestly, kpop tickets are very easy to resell if you end up not being able to make it so I wouldn't think you need it. I don’t know how much it costs but I do know it means you can get your money back for your ticket if you have a legitimate reason as to why you could no longer make your concert (getting covid, injured, flight problems, family member passing, etc.). I am not sure how it works or how to claim it if needed but that's all I got for you.
It comes in the email you get when you're approved for presale. It says "this is your presale code" or something like that. Then you can copy and paste it in when you open the site.
I have to get tickets few days later. And I know literally nothing about this website. I’m wondering what informations I have to key in when I buying the tickets? Like address or something like that? (Hope to get your reply 🥺)
I recommend setting up your payment method(s) ahead of time so you're not scrambling to write all that in when you reach the check out. Make sure you join the correct waiting room according to the presale you have. You should get an email the day before or the morning of your sale with a code that you can copy and paste when you see the page like in 10:06 I just recently uploaded buying from AXS for Ateez a few days ago and I have when I purchased Ateez also from AXS back in 2022 if you want to check any of those out. Hope this helped!
I have always been able to choose mine while ticketing on AXS. I think the only place you can't pick is if the VIP floor is GA (General Admission) and not seated. Then it would be a first come first serve basis.
Yes, it is just like TicketMaster and starting to be used by more kpop groups. The ones that aren't official websites (that I can think of right now) are Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, and StubHub. Although they are third party websites, you can still get tickets from them but you have to do it at least 3 days before the concert so you can guarantee to have your ticket on TicketMaster or AXS by the time the event starts. Hopefully this helped.
Estoy súper emocionada hijita porque gracias a tu constancia tenemos los boletos para el concierto!! Ajúa😊

can we choose our seats for the TXT concert?

Did you pay with a credit or debit card? I’m trying to add my debit card, but the option says credit card
I paid with my debit card. It should work the same when you input your card information.
Is axs safe and legit??
