Before the messenger era I worked for a guy, who had three phones with him all the time. One was for family calls, one for calling to US, for business stuff, and third for the same purpose, but for Europe.
The "NFC" will be a proximity tag for a security system such as an access control keypad, most likely using the Mifare format. These are commonly use for opening doors electronically.
Which would be great for going to the office, but in a world where your work probably demands the use of a smartphone, not so much. Do that many people have electronic door locks on their homes in China to make this desirable?

a friend had a nokia Asha c3 I think. not sure how many years whatsapp worked on that phone. I bet it doesn't work anymore and probably lasted a few years

I love the form factor and look of this phone, too bad the execution is on many cases, even worse than I would have expected. The LED is closest to a redeeming factor. A few cents to help cover costs on purchasing this little phone. I missed donating last Livestream when I managed to catch.
in my lands it's like that: -2g is going strong but one operator requires 3g in your phone to work with 2g (e.g my Nokia 5228 is useless in this case, but 5230 is ok) -3g is slowly going down and it's gonna be dismissed somewhere in the end of 20s -4g is presented only in some large cities and 5g is only in the captial
I'm at 5:36 and already I think that this whole NFC stuff will be single nfc tag glued to inner side of case. End of video edit, I was mistaken, tag was glued to inner frame.
I STILL HAVE my banana yellow Nokia 210, and funnily enough, had to go back to it for a coupla weeks when my main phone suffered a boot loop error... Took a day, but got used to the tiny (kids finger sized) keys even with my sausage fingers! 🤣🤣 😎🇬🇧

Well it looks nice. I was very surprised by the LED torch with its bluish light. And very surprised by how much it did light up your garden. That was a bit impressive. The keyboard, ah the bane of my life. For those of suffering from stubby fingers syndrome they are a nightmare. Constantly touching the wrong keys unintentionally. The pain is real. I bought a very cheap tablet, because why not, amd got a free dumb phone. That was a Servo phone. I got the red one. ( there was an option). It too had the 4 sim trays and SD card. I put a sim in, turned it on. Set it up. Restarted it and it worked ok ish. Turned it off and it never turned on again. But hey it was free. Im not sure that this has a big sperker. It was loud but the distortion was horrendous. Lol. I thought i could see very small dots inside the housing rather than a proper sperker. Those bloody ring tones nearly scared me to death. Lol though your reaction was hilarious. Soery Smuz ( though liking the nick nick name). The camera/ video test was "interesting " to say the least. I had no idea that a camera could produce such good abstract art including in video. The Devine Miss Ripley looked good in abstract. But she looks good in anything. ❤ I do like the jiggy lights on the back. I think there was a blue one but the others i couldn't make out ( in my defence i am red/hreen colourblind and im old). I wonder how the EU's rule on having replacable batteries will affect these cheaper phones. I did throughly enjoy the video. ❤
I've noticed, those Servo feature phones sometimes have a nice design, but in features they are boring. Recent feature phones feels boring, back in the day they were full of weird gimmicks, i had one that could change your voice during calls and record them with the weird voice, it was a hilarious! Many prank calls with it! And those Servo, i remember them being boring even back in the feature phone time. But I'm not complaining about this video :)
It reminds me good old days of Nokia... :( And I prefer videos about feature phones, smartphones are too similar to each other and all have boring Android...
I still have my Sony Ericsson T68 and T630 phones. Although the Network function no longer works can you compare these phones with newer similar phones.
Hi @SMOOREZ these mt626*** feature phones don't support java or .jar /.jad lol they support another specificly written apps with the extension .vxp even then some others support mrp ext. and the rom/flash should exceed 32mb to be of any use hope this helps lol

I've been looking for a qwerty phone to run alongside my iPhone. Will a phone like this be able to install FB Messenger and use via Wifi or with a Sim Card at minimum?
You know what? It's 2g,ok not great but it'll work. It's not bogged down with apps which is fine. This is a £30 phone. For what it is I would actually use it. I've just bought a Fanvace Android Mp3 player from Amazon that does all my music and videos etc. For a simple, cheap handset this is absolutely fine.
Honestly what happened to that? In 2005 I used to watch tele advertising programs late at night with itel or some phones boasting these quad sim and screens on a 360 on 3axis pivot features. I was so engrossed in the idea, I thought a decade later we'd have these phones is bigger form factors and responsive touch screens, faster internet speeds, proper tactile qwerty keyboards. But the mobile phone industry just went full iPhone direction. I still have my grandpa's Samsung Metro 5200 and another iTel speaker gimmick phone, and also my Blackberry Q10. Damn shame.

i like the look of it but since it's a servo, i wasn't expecting nothing special about this phone. the camera reached a quality that not even the best camera could top (it's pretty shitty). at the end of the day you just bought a good looking torch, that's it.

Good OLD days of 2G. I think 2G is no longer used in USA so this could serve as a unique paper weight.
