    Great editing! I really like this 8 minute format. If I want to dive in to details, I can pause the video. But if I just want the general idea, I'm not stuck watching an hour-long video.

    Loved the video! Clear and consise, straight to the point and with information about decisions as well - subbed!

    Really cool video! I like how you explain the content from a very conceptual and songwriting-oriented point of view, and its invaluable that you try and mention details about mixing, mono sub, mastering and arrangement. Most tutorials are way too sound design-focused or daw specific, but the way you approach things, you're very friendly to people who wish to do the sound design their own way or explore the process a bit. Also, much appreciated that you mention the sample packs you use, for those that want to get a bit closer to the vibe of the track from your tutorial
    Lovely video! Will check your other stuff as well.
    Keep it up, NonWeary!

Always amazing to view these tutorials, i just wished they could stick in my head. I feel like im an mixing analfabet. Well well. Ty for amaze vid.

    Drum tips: Burial didn't use a daw to make song he's use an audio editor which gives his song more sloppy and also all pads can be found on any games and movies

    acording to legend
    Burial made his drums in an audio editor
    not a DAW
    he did it all by ear

      Strongly disagree tbh, has nowhere near the intricacy and is so over simplified. Check out like Hollow Grounds video on Burial, way better and more respectful tutorial on the sound

    ✨ just for a minute..... ✨

  • @billB101
    @billB101 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Burial used to hand place his offset drums in Sound forge. That why they sound so original. Also way too much reverb.

    • @nonweary
      @nonweary  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      what's the right pronunciation?

    • @sinista.productions
      @sinista.productions ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@nonwearyyou pronounced garage correctly (that’s how we pronounce it in the UK where it was created) but Burial is pronounced like ‘Berry-ull’ like when someone is buried.
