I would love more of these I've been going gym on and off but I'm not good at mixing up my workouts sometimes I'm abit lost in the gym I need motivation, and the eating is probably the hardest part lol

Take your time recovering and make sure you get proper rest before getting back out on field or weightroom. You dont want the injury gettin worse.

Yeah we got smaller mens leagues and stuff, more common for baseball and hockey though
