DIY|| How To Make Bell Bottom/ Flared Pants|| EASY|| itsAllyana

Heyyyy!! I decided to order some skates and I felt like I needed some fun flare pants to go with them. Why? I really don't know. This is a super easy to follow tutorial and the pants only took an hour to put together.
Supplies:
1- 1.5 yards of knit fabric (depending on height)
Elastic
Ball point sewing needle (make sure it is meant for knits)
