Just put it together. Watched the first half of the video but it’s pretty obvious what goes where. Got mine second hand. As funky and good as I’m sure it’ll be £687 new is mental money! Luckily got mine for half that.

I am a seventy plus women. My coop arrived today and I put it together by myself in less than two hours in thirty eight degree weather. So if I can do it anyone that is active should be able to do it. The video was very very helpful.

very nice and easy to assemble coop - just wish there was a big more adjustability horizontally for the roosting bars. the 1 looks very close to the nesting boxes - gonna get covered in poop.

in my country bird flu is very common disease especially for coop made of wood. and its hard to disinfect the entire coop. plastic is the best option and your coop can be reasamble n easy to clean. where can I buy this?

What is the plastic like for warmth in the winter ? Does plastic get brittle when its minus freezing ? Thank you.
Thank you for your comment. As the panels have a double wall construction, there is a 'dead air' space which provides excellent insulation. This means that the coops remain cool in the summer and retain warmth for the winter months. The plastic is a high molecular weight polyethylene with excellent balance of stress crack resistance, stiffness and melt strength. It also has good rigidity and impact strength even at low temperatures and does not become brittle. I do hope this helps. Kind regards

+Jakub Barvir Thank you for your comment. Free old shed are great until you have an infestation of red mite which would be near impossible to irradiate. Wooden houses can harbour more than just red mite - disease, moulds and other pathogens is not uncommon. Our plastic coops can be disinfected easily, effectively and quickly.

Thank you for your comment. We do find that the coops actually cope well in high winds. Also the base has four 'pits' in it which enables the user to fill them with pebbles or sand to add additional weight should you require it. Even a wooden coop is no match to very high winds. Unless the house secured with concrete blocks or similar, any house has the potential to move. Hope this helps. Kind regards

The only problem I see is the roost is at two different Heights. The chickens will all fight for the highest roost.

I tried to raise 14 babies but I think I messed up and I kept bringing them in and out of the house so I think I made a mistake and I actually killed them I had 14 and I ended up with 744 baby ones that actually did pretty damn good I got a buff orpington out of it I got a couple Rhode Island Reds in a Cinnamon Queen but I don't know there's something seriously wrong with my Suddenlink Queen it's like I don't know she's really small and she should be the size of the other ones but she's really small maybe I'll send you a picture of my birds if you would like thank you and have a good day

This looks like a pretty FOWL of a project, but it looks like sometimes you have to really WING it along, while getting a LEG up on the competition as well as the weather. Your coops look great, but they don't look as sturdy as the omlet range. They look rather flimsy.
