The price drop from Ventus is very smart. If they get it closer to 5.5-6k it’ll become highly competitive again It’s gotta be hard making a mark in an industry that evolves and changes so quickly
@ I’m too trying to lift up Emoto as a sport in Finland. Done more reviews in Finland than anyone (only some in English) Finnish motor association found my vids and asked me to join the board of E-Moto section. Though my production quality (budget) as one man team is not up to par with yours. 😀 th-cam.com/video/SiECYIRVxzw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=xjqnAvCFGcU9Q68h
Bret, i did that same landing on my Yamaha 250F. Over the bars at the track and compressed fractured my spine 3 place, bruised my left lobe lung, and twisted my ribcage. No health insurance as self employed. $8000 for MRI and x-ray then I self headed at home to avoid further costs. Rode my 250F at the track 4 months later but came to grips I'm getting up there in age and sold my race bike.
Oh man, that’s upsetting to hear. In a sport where anything can happen when you throw your leg over a bike, as inevitable as that is, it’s extremely hard to see when people aren’t able to make it back on the horse. Happy to hear you were able to hop back on again, but I can imagine the day I have to come to grips with no longer being able to ride is going to be one of the hardest of my life -Brett
@@GettingthruLife I did over the handle bars on a downhill cliff with Sur Ron. Fractured both wrists. Sold the Sur Ron, Bought a 1000cc Yamaha, as you can still ride on a smooth asphalt. Better to ride with broken wrists than to be with a broken heart. But 4 months for your recovery. Dude, not enough, give it more time.
I want to go to your therapy session too! GOLD content guys, I really appreciate the love for the Ventus! I'm ready to upgrade my Ventus and I will buy parts from your site. Being a shorter rider, I will keep a 19/18 setup which is perfect for my height. I saw your best tyres videos but can you recommend the best tyres for the stock Ventus rims? Or do you recommend upgrading the rims from the stock too?
The Dunlop MX33 Vintage 18" tire is amazing, its listed in the description and there are a ton of front tire options, Dunlop MX34 19", MX53 19", Tusk T-35, all great options for the Ventus stock wheels
@@ChargedCycleWorks Thank you so much! BTW, I recently upgraded both the controller and the display and the VTB app now shows 33kW of peak power! Insane!
So which exact tire did you fit to this bike. Your link does not redirects to any product. Some say about 90/100-18 but where did you get this size? Does 90mm fit in the stock setup not touching the chain?
I love the 21/18 set-up and everything you guys did to the bike. That rear 18 was looking sexy. What would you do to the Altis? The Altis is an inch longer, so the 21/18 should work well-maybe better than the Ventus at a cheaper price. What do you think?
These are all great thoughts and questions. We will be getting our personal bike very soon which will then be put through the testing and modification ringer. Hard to give clear answers until that is done, but definitely stay tuned for that!
The only damage sustained in that crash was a broken linkage and a torn seat. Pretty wild considering the hit it was, but we are working on much stronger linkage solutions right now!
It's the 70/100-21 Dunlop MX33 which only we carry, for the small bikes they are a fantastic size, super light weight and it won't bottom out on your forks like a 80/100-21 often does, you can find them here: chargedcycleworks.com/products/dunlop-mx33-soft-int-tires-for-emoto
If you haven’t seen our prior videos, we have Varg’s and love them. These smaller play bikes are built for fun and can be ridden in way more places that a full-sized dirt bike cannot. Both are great bikes, just all depends on what kind of riding experience you want.
@ how about an update on the flux moto? Hesitant to put down deposit from California- my Stark was delayed. Flux setting up dealers? Reality of production? Alta guy working with Flux now. Those 5 G bikes fine as is- but dumping money into? Just buy the Stark.
Love the ventus platform. Such a scary amount of power. Glad you set it up the correct way.
Such an awesome platform
hands down best bike I have ridden yet.

So very true!
Great vid guys. Production quality has improved hugely since I first started watching 👌👌
Great review and build! Thanks
Come on guys! Your production quality has really went up the roof lately. Good, interesting stuff and top notch production. Well done and thank you!
We really appreciate that!!

I would love to see the ventus one vs altis sigma😮
Great idea!
We need a head to head, side by side comparison of everyone’s top dog bikes… ventus one, altis sigma, and the new eride pro sr.
It’ll happen in about a month when all our production bikes land in the USA!
Interesting build. Not familiar with the smaller framed bikes much. Is this smaller or larger than the Ultra Bee ? Pretty knarly trail there too.
Smaller, it is the size of a light bee x
@ChargedCycleWorks yeah that's what it looked like. Quite a little play bike but makes more sense that it crashed over that jump.
@@jimji2774definitely, 40ft jump after measuring it. Quite the impact to come up short on a small bike
Please give us the update for top speed on the altis soon!
I was so hurt when he said ventus instead of altis😂
Soon!!

When will the fastace rear shock be back in stock. I find it performs really well

Can you do a give away please😊
Send me one and I’ll test it out for ya!
Will someone please tell me where I can buy the ventus one from a reliable distributor?! I've asked so many times & never gotten a response 🙏🤙
We sell them on our website!

That crash was cringe. Can actually hear the bike crack. Glad he's ok. Pretty sure that suspension was shot, but honestly, how bad was the damage?

If only it had a street legal version
So hard to achieve, especially in the U.S. :(
20K would change my life...CRAAZY
Still looked like a 19 in the front
It was a 21" believe it or not

Under 10k because after that for 500$ more you can get a varg 😂
Absolutely love the Varg! But that’s a whole other ballgame
@ChargedCycleWorks I agree completely different use cases great video 🤘
Why…. just buy stark for 10k
