Really enjoyed learning some extra tips I can do with my own installation.
People in my part of the world don’t take security as seriously as this.

Yeh, we sit with mostly petty crime committed by people who will steal whatever they can get to pawn for food. That then escalates to cable theft or any other copper (metal) product, to sindicates aimed at electronic equipment.

Hi love these videos. What is your experience with the thermals vca detection in moderately dense folioage - pine trees and large bushes. Does it still detect human intrusion? Thanks

      Hi.
No, it detects heat, therefor it needs a clear line of sight.
A cleared strip of about 2m is usually requested outside the fence.
Max. & min. sizes must also be tested near & far

Our cameras and lights were mounted similarly, however the camera and light was stollen. We had to reinstall inside the yard with electric fence and perimeter beam

Please tell me what speaker you are using. I would put the speaker separate from the camera so that attention is not directed towards the expensive camera, which could be vandalized.

TOA 10W, 15W 8ohm combined with an amplifier PCB placed in a small water tight box so we can access volume settings.
100W 12V amp PCB with vol. pod (TOA has a 12V powered horn, but I find this PCB better & cheaper)
Other cheaper PCBs don't have a pod.

Inwill be posting a video of our latest project with the newer QA-model, combined with DS-2T46G2-ISU/SL Acusense cameras, horn speakers, 4-button IP video intercom, gate motor with FLUSS Bluetooth App triggered gate, UPS with small LiFePO4 battery (change-over period till generator kicks in)
We had to add 48V batteries to one PoE Dahua rugged switch, which is not on the UPS. (PFS3106-4P-60)

      Sorry for late response...
      The new bi-spectrum QA-models spec 77m, but we don't push past 60m.
You need around 8-10m deadspot coverage under each camera by the previous camera overlapping.

How much storage did you use to record all of that cameras ?

    • @bolandsystems2024
      @bolandsystems2024  ปีที่แล้ว +1

4TB. Triggers are accurate, so not to many unneccesary recordings.
      More than a month's rec.
