I see the school at 2.54, opposite the EASY COACH stop. This was a PRIMARY SCHOOL in the 50s and 60s. Kakamega was a small town with just two streets of INDIAN shop keepers, a Police station and The District office on the hill. Population was small and scarce. It was like a cool Hill Station, compared to hot Kisumu. After completing Primary people went to Kisumu for High school education. This is a very sentimental part of our history. I see the whole lot of this origins of Kakamega missing. The hoses on two streets were constructed with metal corrugated walls and roof, later in the 60s bricks and plaster came about.
Between Timboroa and Mau Summit is normally very cold around June,July and August, its just like Njombe region in your country. Halafu the lake you saw is Lake Elementaita not Nakuru
Next time if possible attempt doing the Cape town to Cairo travel as our fore elders,Hailleselase Nkrumah,Nyerere, etc, envisaged in year 1963 on OAU birth at Adis Ababa.@@malangotravels
Potentially a good coverage but you ruined it with alot of repetitions and missing out important travel information. Try to research before you do a travel vlog.

@@Eganpeter2023Nairobi is in central Kenya, geographically speaking. Just like Homa Bay is in Western Kenya.
It seems the names "Nairobi,Naivasha Nakuru, Nairok,Namanga, etc "are Masai words.
