Thanks Andrew. Unfortunately some companies teach reps how to bash and in the end it gives the industry a black eye. It's unfortunate but not at all necessary for success.
If they say they have somebody and are satisfied with them I wouldn't waste time trying to convert them.if they aren't happy with them they would have already gotten someone new

This was beneficial. I think a lot of sales reps just go straight to bashing the other company thinking it will work.
