Seems that anyone can call Mr. Nijjar of both Canada & U.S.A. citizenship holder a silly person. Because 75% of land geography of Punjab is now with Pakistan. And Pakistan is always funder and sympathizer of “Khalistan” concept.

Hence, why don’t Nijjar take his Punjab geography claim for Sikhs from Pakistan first, because it [Pakistan] is very much sympathizing with them.
Hence, it is very easy for Nijjar to claim Pakistan’s Punjab geography first.
Second point is that, as Canada’s political government is also sympathizer with Khalistani movement, then it can show its real [instead of fake sympathy ] sympathy by donating its vast & part of its land geography to Khalistanis to form their own state, which may be also be supportive, to their own wishes.
