He hasn’t seen her in 7 years. You can see she calls him an alcoholic but the police reports state no drugs or alcohol. She probably got down on him for drinking a little too much so he left the situation all together. His sister that died was living at home, probably mad that he could make it on his own, then concocted a story to make him look like the bad guy. This family screams disfunction and a little Alabama lovin, and this dude is probably trying to escape it.

@@stephenbanks5952My bad it doesn’t state that no drugs or alcohol were involved. But it also doesn’t state that there were. Police reports wouldn’t leave a detail like that out. I know a lot of police officers don’t write detailed reports but they would say something along the lines of: showed up on scene, observed subject appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol, subject arrested. You can see this report is more detailed than my example and does not clearly state drugs and alcohol seem to be a contributing factor.

He did it! The sister probably dropped the charges because she didn’t want her brother to spend 46 years in jail over a TV. The reason why he was going to get 46 years is because of how extensive his assault history is. He is suing his mother for bail money even though it was his deceased sister who called the police. but the sad part is who knows how many times his mother paid bail for him over the years and never got her money back. Untitled jerk, he was probably was so high that he doesn’t even remember.

There is no way he would have spent 46 years in jail for a TV. There is a LOT to this story. Probably ALL the things he has done add up to 46 years but not a TV. And by the way, why was he put in a hood to block him from spitting? He was definitely on something.

@@RuthLovesJesus Well said! Obviously @Xcution Unknown doesn’t have much experience with children. I know wonderful parents that have horrible children and horrible parents that have wonderful children. My father was abusive and both parents were on drugs my whole life. I ended up finishing school living with my grandmother. My mom knew I’d be more safe there so I’m glad I had a good place to be but I was an exceptional child. I didn’t curse, lie, smoke or drink. I never went to a party or skip school- not even on senior skip day!Although, later I found out it was an excused absence so I wish I had! Lol. To this day I’ve never smoked a cigarette. My oldest is 3 1/2 and she is WILD! Hardheaded since the day she was born! She’s also very caring and sweet. We try so hard as parents but the truth is your child will be who they decide to be. They’ll love who they love and dress how they dress eventually. Battles should be picked carefully with a teenager as I remember when I was one myself! My mama passed away February 13th at 11:55pm. She had her fair share of problems but she’d give you the shirt off her back! My dad sobered up, got re-married and was doing great. Until he picked drugs again. He’s now homeless and I only see him on occasion holding a sign in the road. It’s because of my life that my children will never have to endure what I did. Dysfunctional families aren’t funny. No family is perfect. All we can do is care and try our best.

You don't know these people's story and you cannot know their story by a few episodes of Judge Judy. You have no clue if this guy did the crime or not. Judge Judy clearly stated she only wanted the one pertinent document. Being a jacka$$ and having ??control?? he handed Byrd an entire file folder with pages all disheveled. The details re being placed in a spit mask and other disgusting behaviors were in that folder. He made it easy for him to lose - as is his pattern. He is a total loser. One day he will snap, sadly it will probably include loss of lives and finally he will be sentenced to serve many years. Other prisoners will most likely enjoy teaching him Life Lessons ... THE INCARCERATED VERSION. I do sympathize with his Mother. She had to bury a daughter and her son sues her for foolish reasons. So much for her Golden Years..

Wow he is just after money here. He acted a fool and wants to sue his mother. His actions do speak louder than words!!

This lady should be having peace but she has suffered so much heartbreak with losing her daughter, that lived with her, and having a son who has serious mental health problems . Life can be so cruel.

I have a brother like that. It's scary and pathetic in one.

First of all, his mother didn't call the cops! So SHE had nothing to do with him being arrested. The SISTER called the cops, but she is DEAD! He is CLEARLY off! Your sister has died, so you bring your mother to court? Get out of here. Totally crazy!

When he interjected about his sister's age you can TELL he has anger issues when JJ Shushed him.
