The 1kg is a butter blend. 70% butter, 30% margarine hence why it is softer than the bucket and carton. Use the same measurement and mixing process and you will get same results
Eggs comes in different sizes so, you can never get a accurate number. I suggest you get a kitchen scale, crack you eggs while the bowl is placed on it to get the kg you need.
