- Pixar Fest 2024 has begun at Disneyland Resort and we are here on opening day to see if it’s worth going to. There’s a ton of decorations across Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, and more Pixar meet and greets than ever before, including characters never before seen in the parks. With the festival comes a brand new Pixar parade, drive-in theater, a Club Pixar dance party and a new special Pixar fireworks show and more. And of course we’ll try a bunch of the Pixar themed food, from hearty eats to delicious treats. And we’ll have some fun with our friends. Why don't you come with us - adventure is out there!

I saw many of the other content creators viewpoints on the Pixar Fest 2024. You did the best. In depth on the food with the prices and the ingredients. Close ups on the charatures in the parade. A back up plan when the fireworks didn't work, so you can show the entire fireworks show. Plus interesting conversations with the other content creators. Five out of five. Keep up the good work.

The parade was amazing! Seeing Mei and the whole Turning Red crew in real life was AMAZING! They picked the perfect face characters for them! I hope they become meetable characters like Mei! Soul’s actors too! LUCA TOO OMG?! Wish they’d have face characters instead of costumed characters but I get it lol, the effects of the sea legs for Luca and Alberto was so cool!

I honestly think my favorite thing about Pixar Fest is the artwork. All the food looked amazing as usual! I'd love a sandwich version of that baked potato if I'm honest. But overall this is really fun!

This was fantastic. I really liked that the last two movies referenced in the nighttime spectacular were Toy Story and Wall-E (the two films inducted into the Library of Congress National Film Registry). What a wonderful day a Disneyland.

Popcorn buckets are always so cool! Lowkey regret not getting this universal one last year that was frankenstein and the classic popcorn bucket from toon town in Disneyland ❤ those drinks looked so yummy and that cold brew is right up my alley bcuz i love sweet coffees. The cones are soo good! Would love to try the one you got!

When I used to live in Southern California, my friends and I would literally use our annual passes to go to Elec-TRON-ica & Mad Tea Party like every weekend. It was always the BEST vibe. This is so sad that they aren't doing it like that anymore. ):

Way back in the 90's, I was a guest at a computer arts conference in Philadelphia... The Pixar gang was there and we had a great time! The original Toy Story just came out... They still made commercial software (Remember Typestry? or the renderman "looks" disk sets?) anyway... I don't think the guys had a clue to just how popular things were going to get... Man that loaded potato looks good!!!! Thanks again Kitra and Peter!!!

Ahhhh! I took my brother for his first Cali trip and we were at the Disney theme parks on 04/25, 04/27, 04/28 and universal on 04/26…so we JUST missed meeting you guys, plus other yt bloggers I know 😭😓…darn it- but it’s fine…Pixar fest was fun- me and my brother really enjoyed the firework show (we got to see the pyro on our night- but thank you Danny for the footage)~ And I didn’t visit mad hatters store so I didn’t know about the headband (which is a good thing cause i would have become even more poor than I am now, lol 😅)…
