Nice vid I didn't think I liked Mackrell until I went on a fishing trip to catch Mackrell for bait for bigger fish n they bbq some Mackrell and served in sandwiches, was unbelievable straight out the water cooked n eaten! If William does not do a Chefs course one day at Uni I would be very surprised. Could be the next chef Ramsey, less the swearing of course lol
Nice video games me back to the80s when we went mackerel bashing isle of man loads from the piers cooked them on the bone it just lifts out easy when cooked but I would now do the same as will as they say tight lines 👍

The cost of fish in supermarkets has rocketed, so it was nice to be able to eat your own catch.
