    The wait is over
    Here you have a beginner/intermediate gym goers routine for the couple of days initially
    I have framed this workout to include almost all of the major muscles in your upper body leaving chest workout to your choice 😉
    A person who took a gap from the gym can do this routine for 2 or 3 days at once he/she enters the gym
    This would help you to warm your muscles up .
    Remember to select always an appropriate weight ! No ego lifting
    Concentrate on tempo , range of motion & proper form than your reps & sets
    You can do these workouts 3 to 4 sets and the rest period is 30-45 seconds
    The workout as follows
    Lats
    1 lat pull down
    2 seated rowing
    3 barbel rowing and dead lift
    Shoulders
    4 shrugs
    5 face pulls
    Triceps
    6 tricep push down
    7 lying kick back
    Biceps
    8 zotaman curls
