I purchased my Note 20 Ultra new and on sale unlocked from Samsung back in November 2020 for $850 with my S10+ trade in. I'm very happy with the Note 20 Ultra. I like the squared off screen design compared to the S21. The missing expandable memory, extra cost of S Pen, and no included battery charger for S21 are all deal breakers for me...
That's just a thought from you.. A new buyer won't think twice b4 getting the s21 ultra.. Getting it for a cheaper price is what matters with better camera and processor is a big deal
@Amadeus Lucian lol idk man. I filled up my 256 SD cars pretty fast when i was using my S8. On my note 20 ultra i have 400GB of free space but that's because i put everything on the SD card. I have about 30GB of apps on the Note and about 10GB of pics and videos. Once I get my 1TB SD card I can see myself filling it up very quickly. It's useful for me and the S21 isn't too big of an upgrade to me. I'll just get the fold 3 if it has S-pen support
They definitely screwed up by removing the SD card on the S21 Ultra. That's a major downgrade and deal breaker for me considering I have an almost full 128gb card. I'm keeping my N20 Ultra.
I like the fact that the note 20 ultra accommodates the s-pen without the additional case like the S21. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend.
I have the S21 Ultra and my only complaint is the ability to take screenshot. Having small hands its not easy to push the side buttons and palm swipe doesn't work for me!
@@JenniChiodo I agree with you on the screenshot, I always find my self using two hands to take the screenshot. If you hold the bottom middle app pushing down you can make the screen smaller. I found that useful when I have to try and reach across the screen to touch a app.
Exactly. The non-integrated, lower capability S-Pen and lack of microSD card slot are absolute deal killers. Give those up for 120 refresh on the highest resolution, and a telephoto capability that will rarely be used? Oh, and not mentioned in the video, another added expense for the S21 -- the charger. You don't get one with the S21, you get a fast charger with the S20 Note Ultra. Really, the S21 line appears to be a "what can we strip out to bring the price down" product line, not a "build a better phone" product line. A big disappointment from Samsung.
@linnydru: The best value for money is the 128GB samsung micro SD aka UHD . You can connect a usb hard drive via an adapter to transfer those large media files . I recommend wired charging over wireless especially when using power banks on the go because wireless charging is less efficient. I recommend using chrome cast with a projector for going abroad.

@@PaulaCianciSoveral I use my note 20 ultra for everything, it rocks as a daily driver, plus bronze is the color to have, I take lots of photos with the Note 20 Ultra and upload to Instagram. The software and editing features are superb for my photo requirements.

You are so right about this. I was an S line user for many years. I finally bought the note 9 after never caring to much for the notes. I've upgraded again and decided to go back to the S line and I hate it!!!! I actually just made the sacrifice and bought the note 20 ultra online. It hurt the wallet but I can't get away from the note now.
Just purchased the Note 20 Ultra. It was a tough choice between the two but I've always been a Note guy. From the S Pen, to the bigger display. Love how smooth the transition is from one app/screen to another. Happy with my decision ☺

Bought the 21U. The deal was just too great. With trade in got 256GB for $700. Add in the $250 credit and didn't counted S tab 7, I made out! For $900 I bought 256GB S21U Tab S7 Smart tag

It's known how.much of memory does a 4k video shot take and that's where the SD card kicks in and without that all the 4k and 8k capabilities are a joke.

I have the Note 20 Ultra ....Note 20 Ultra: rectangular shape (professional look as you called it); the S pen compartment of the Note 20 Ultra rocks; having the micro SD slot is a major plus. S21 Ultra: the new processor is a plus; having 1440P and 120 hertz at the same time is a major deal to me. adding the S pen is ok but not as slick as the note 20 ultra. you need a case and a S pen for the S21 Ultra and it seems one would have to take the case off every time you want to use the s pen. Major negative for me. The macro shots from the S21Ultra is a plus also. At the end, the changes are not worth an upgrade for me. The 1440 p and 120 hertz jumps out but it's not enough for me to upgrade. Thanks for all the time and work you put on this video.

It's not a step down . Almost everything about the S21 is a better . You really just lose the screen size . I lost my s21 ultra and got a note 20 because of a deal and the fingerprint sensor and camera alone aren't nearly as good.

I have a Note 20 Ultra Mystic Bronze and love it. I like the box style, S pen with air actions integrated, and expansion micro SD slot. These are non negotiables for me. I only wish that NOTE 20 ultra also had QHD at 120 Hz like S21 Ultra.
And dam it can have it by a simple update. I made mine to use 120hz on qhd via adb and the battery is fine and serves you all day. The only problem is that if you switch off or restart your phone, it goes back to default and you have to do the procedure again. I have the exynos variant and works great with qhd 120 hz and no heating or whatsoever. It is simply Samsung that do not want to give us 120hz not to compromise S21 sales period.

Which one should I upgrade to because I always had an android and never liked the iPhones, when I have used my son's phone at times and compared it to my Android. Any suggestions?

I have said it once and I'll say it again. Even if I was buying a new phone and I saw the S21 Ultra vs the Note 20 Ultra. I would still go for the Note 20 Ultra, because it's just a no brainer. You might say that the S21 Ultra cost 1200 and the note 1300 but when you have to buy the case and s pen for the S21 Ultra its almost the same price. Lastly, micro-sd card slots are a key factor in today's phones. With all of these new videos and pictures taking they take up way too much space on your phone 📱and your space that is built in won't last forever. #NOTE20ULTRAALLTHEWAY

You will say that the new S21 Ultra is better because yes you have it etc. I too am coming from different notes in different times but all the S21 Ultra is....it's just, small incremental changes and that's that. Did you watch the video. Sakitech said it's just a LITTLE bit of difference nothing spectacular about it. Just like how the S20 Ultra was awesome until the Note 20 Ultra came along but to me, we all could see the incremental adjustments that made the Note 20 Ultra stands out more than the S20 Ultra. If you're going to upgrade please use the analogy for example the Note 9 to the Note 20 Ultra and you can see the reason why you would need an upgrade. But from the Note 20 Ultra to the S21 Ultra. I still don't see it. FYI the micro-sd card slot is a deal breaker for alot of us. Unless Samsung is going to start making the base storage modles starting at 512GB up to 1 TB then, the SD card wouldn't matter but guess what... that's not going to happen. So until then the micro-sd card slot is a vital component.
Just switched from the note 9 to S21U. Only reason is because they gave me 600 for my N9. S21U is obviously better but the N9 is still a nice phone in 2021.
@@lintonindy Galaxy s10 is still worth it today upgrading from the s5 because Android last longer than Apple because Google model's itself after microsoft philosophy so galaxy s10 will keep getting updates for several years as did the late s5 .
Thanks, I will stay with my Note 20 ultra 5GHZ. The new features don't seem that great and the lack of memory expasion is a buzz-kill. The extra cost of the pen is kind of an insult.
I wanted to keep my note 9 for another year. And maybe upgade it next year as it kept struggling with moving memory and crashing and not turning on before so I wanted to upgrade by next year so I dont have to go without a phone as I have appointments and notes I need to keep up with... it's okay now that way but now I have 2 lines across my screen just today a white one and now a purple one. When I first got it at the end of 2019. The note 9 was super slippery and in the rain trying to make an appointment while texting the appointment I was running late meant the phone fell straight from my hand and there was no warning when I bought it that it was needing a case for that reason. I could not afford it then but mamage to a year later. So expensive the cases costed me £60... and I think gorilla protection screen is shit to be honest I missed the days perhaps 2005-2010 when phones screens was rock solid. I would have phones last me years and memory was endless. I would cycle fast with music on and have my phone fly from my hands and crashing on the ground while speeding on my bike and the screen and the phone was still in good condition and working fine. Camera was sharp and clear and colourful too even when moving such as with my cyber shot. People think phones have improved but in these areas I still wonder why it took a huge step backwards and why it is taking so long to get it back up to the same standards as before. Anyway how is the note 20 ultra in slippery sense does iit need a case to protect the screen ? I would have loved to have waited. I would love if I could make a more clear decisions and not feel rushed to buy before my phone screen becomes unusable. But I need to upgrade due to the screen now. I always regret camera quality as I see other phones always taking better snaps than any note I ever owned. Which was only 2 btw. Samsung s10 was super vibrant too and made me feel like my note 9 was a bad move. I even think note 3 is more bright and colourful than note 9. I wonder if it is also the same for the note 20 ultra. I love bright colourful screens I love the best camera as I love photography and art. It will be handier for couple of years in the go to snap with a better camera phone than take out my old 2013 dsrl camera. But really sd is my need. I can't trust cloud to back up my photos all the time. And moving into external storage through an adapter is just so much work. Even moving onto sd is something I find tedious and time consuming and I do with a grudge. I miss the days where note 3 would do it automatically. So I know for sure I need my sd cards. And to have to buy a pen a case a charger a port usb for jack or air speakers just so many things to have to buy with s21u. Whereas with note 20u only need Jack I would wait for 22 note 22u or 21 note 21u as I know they would be probably highly improved on. But stupid note 9 did not even last me barely 2 years. The reason I switched to note from a galaxy was because s galaxy did not last a year and the screen went funny and turned all sorts of colour stripes and then was unresponsive. Note 3 still works great just needs new battery n more memory still works if those were replaced. Got it in 2013 as well so I thought powerhouse phone will last me and feel secure until I choose to upgrade but ... Now note 9 is doing what s series did screen lines n barely making 2 years. So hmmm. Is note right for me. Is s galaxy last just as long now a days? Should I go elsewhere? :-/ I wanted mate pro 30 back when I got note 9 but then now with mate 40 I can see camera on Samsung note 20 u is still better. So I feel for camera quality note 20 u be much superior to note 9 and that. And up there with the wonderful camera phones. But behind a galaxy esp with screen. But sd is easier for me and not having to buy so many things with it is easier. So perhaps I'm swaying to note 20 u :-/ Been hardest choice for me
I just got the s21 ultra and I'm loving it. I came from the s10+ (which I loved) I have the s pen case and it stays in the case where I lost the built in on the s10+ a couple times because it is real easy to bump the stylus and it doesn't show unless it comes out more then just unlocking. Plus loving that I can point the camera, select certain text and it will read it to me. That is so much help having low vision. The s21 ultra is the bomb.
Note20 ultra Only worth it is his the snapdragon, is almost the same as performance and battery, exynos is a failure, it seems a note9 compared with snapdragon.

I bought the S21 Ultra and was supposed to trade in my Note 20 Ultra for a $700 trade in value. When the S21 Ultra arrived,I didn't like it. Within two minutes of turning on the S21 Ultra,the phone started noticeably heating up in the back. It was bulky and awkward....like the camera was more than the body of the phone could handle. I decided that I would keep my Note 20 Ultra and returned the S21 Ultra the next day. I wouldn't trade my Note20 Ultra for five of the S21 Ultras. The Notes are just the best,hands down in my opinion. Have a great day everyone 😗
I'm definitely happy with my Note20Ultra it's easily the best Galaxy ever made with all the features not lacking major features like the S21 models. S21Ultra might have better camera and bigger battery but that's not enough to buy it.

For me even as a new Buyer between both, i will choose Note 20 Ultra cos of the design ane in house Spen cos I'm a Note fan, not pictures person.. but we getting Exynos version in my region ,hence choice of 2100 over 990..but i am waiting to see if there will be Note 21 before i make my choice
I have both phones sitting in front of me . You have to use both of them to see the difference. S21 Ultra makes Note 20 Ultra look old and stale. No amount of reviews can ever replace actually putting them both side by side. Samsung is giving the new S pen and S pen cases for free. The trade in value for Note 20 Ultra is excellent . If you want the top tech then go with it. A phone should not take 4-5 years to pay off like a car. I paid $200 for S21 Ultra and when the new one comes out Samsung will pay me top dollar for trade-in and give $200 of cases ,pens, earbuds, chargers. Phones are disposable tech. No need to get stressed out about. That's my 2 cents worth. Have fun , you only live once.

I upgraded from an S9+ to the Note 20 Ultra and it blew me away by the amount of things it can do. I do not see why anyone that owns a Note 20 Ultra would upgrade to the S21 Ultra that has less important features? Like micro sd, s pen, charger?
I just got the Note 20 Ultra. Spectrum only offered the 128gb version. But, I got a 256gb SanDisk extreme SD card, which you can expand later if needed. The s-pen and storage expansion is why I love the Note.
There's one big thing that was left out. That's the difference in battery life. I was not all that satisfied with the battery life on my Note 20 Ultra. On my S21 Ultra, I can EASILY go through a full day with the battery easily making it through. I can't say the same about my Note.
@@JordanCleo no problem. I will go into detail about my answer as well. The Note 20 Ultra is great, but I think the Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 mini are just as great devices. And will get way better battery life. And the iPhone is more powerful and be supported for longer. I just think the 2 phones are not worth it for the 1. I also picked up the s21 ultra yesterday so I really wasn't too worried about the note after watching comparisons. After I called the guy and cancelled he called back and offered me $125 but I declined. I'm going to make the best of the devices but also maybe sell 1.

I look at it like this...the S.series is like the goofy little brother who wants to be cool like big brother Note. You ARE cool little bro, but will never be as cool as big bro Note. I will be highly disappointed if Samsung discontinues the Note.
Samsung probably won't see the point in the note because they added S-pen to the s21 ultra and they will add it to the Z Fold3. So see that as the note replacement
I really like the idea of a note as a business device where I can sketch 3d print designs and use gcode to control printers and such, but if the s21 does the same why bother with the note ? although I really don't like the Galaxy lineup. Dunno what to do.
I love the note 20 ultra got mine at launch 650.00 not worth upgrading plus you can get a new note 20 ultra for 800 to 1100 that's before trade in deals. No Mst pay on the S21 also. No Samsung pay No 25 watt charger and most people have 2. Plus I have extra 512 card I take 4k and some 8k video plus 108mp pictures too

You can get a case that has a s-pen for the ultra. My case is like a wallet with a clear slot that has a preview window. I like the phone. Happy with everything about it. I moved up from a s20

Great video! I think Samsung dropped the ball though with regards to the S21 s pen. They should have left a 'blank' in place for anyone that wanted to get the s pen so it had somewhere to go if you bought it! Having the pen housed separately from the phone is crazy & those cases are a sad compromise especially the prices I've seen 😳

@sakitech, do I take it from putting your review of the Note 10+ 5G cf Note 20 Ultra alongside your review of the Note 20 Ultra cf S21 Ultra, that you wouldn't recommend, for most people at least, that an upgrade from a Note 10+ 5G to an S21 Ultra is worthwhile?
Unless you want 120Hz and feel like you could use a faster processor it isn't really worth it. A lot of these "rich" features are just gimmicks at the end of the day.

No bullshit, I did get a Note 20 Ultra for $850 after trade in. It is a 128 GB, but I expanded my memory to 200 GB with SD card. That's all I need..

@Amadeus Lucian lol idk man. I filled up my 256 SD cars pretty fast when i was using my S8. On my note 20 ultra i have 400GB of free space but that's because i put everything on the SD card. I have about 30GB of apps on the Note and about 10GB of pics and videos. Once I get my 1TB SD card I can see myself filling it up very quickly. It's useful for me and the S21 isn't too big of an upgrade to me. I'll just get the fold 3 if it has S-pen support

They definitely screwed up by removing the SD card on the S21 Ultra. That's a major downgrade and deal breaker for me considering I have an almost full 128gb card. I'm keeping my N20 Ultra.

I like the fact that the note 20 ultra accommodates the s-pen without the additional case like the S21. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I have the S21 Ultra and my only complaint is the ability to take screenshot. Having small hands its not easy to push the side buttons and palm swipe doesn't work for me!
@@JenniChiodo I agree with you on the screenshot, I always find my self using two hands to take the screenshot. If you hold the bottom middle app pushing down you can make the screen smaller. I found that useful when I have to try and reach across the screen to touch a app.

Exactly. The non-integrated, lower capability S-Pen and lack of microSD card slot are absolute deal killers. Give those up for 120 refresh on the highest resolution, and a telephoto capability that will rarely be used? Oh, and not mentioned in the video, another added expense for the S21 -- the charger. You don't get one with the S21, you get a fast charger with the S20 Note Ultra. Really, the S21 line appears to be a "what can we strip out to bring the price down" product line, not a "build a better phone" product line. A big disappointment from Samsung.

@linnydru: The best value for money is the 128GB samsung micro SD aka UHD . You can connect a usb hard drive via an adapter to transfer those large media files . I recommend wired charging over wireless especially when using power banks on the go because wireless charging is less efficient. I recommend using chrome cast with a projector for going abroad.

I've upgraded again and decided to go back to the S line and I hate it!!!! I actually just made the sacrifice and bought the note 20 ultra online. It hurt the wallet but I can't get away from the note now.

I have the Note 20 Ultra ....Note 20 Ultra: rectangular shape (professional look as you called it); the S pen compartment of the Note 20 Ultra rocks; having the micro SD slot is a major plus. S21 Ultra: the new processor is a plus; having 1440P and 120 hertz at the same time is a major deal to me. adding the S pen is ok but not as slick as the note 20 ultra. you need a case and a S pen for the S21 Ultra and it seems one would have to take the case off every time you want to use the s pen. Major negative for me. The macro shots from the S21Ultra is a plus also. At the end, the changes are not worth an upgrade for me. The 1440 p and 120 hertz jumps out but it's not enough for me to upgrade. Thanks for all the time and work you put on this video.

It's not a step down . Almost everything about the S21 is a better . You really just lose the screen size . I lost my s21 ultra and got a note 20 because of a deal and the fingerprint sensor and camera alone aren't nearly as good.
@@nickcalderone349 I will still wait for the Note 21 to see if it release, The only reason i was ready to jump to the S21, Because I have the Asus Axe1100 Router and that router is Wifi 6e capable and the S21 is the only phone on the market that have wifi 6e capabilitie, But from what I hear it's not worth the upgrade if it's strictly for that reason.
Being able to house the SPen and pull it out for a quick note is a feature the Note has over the S20.
I have a Note 20 Ultra Mystic Bronze and love it. I like the box style, S pen with air actions integrated, and expansion micro SD slot. These are non negotiables for me. I only wish that NOTE 20 ultra also had QHD at 120 Hz like S21 Ultra.
And dam it can have it by a simple update. I made mine to use 120hz on qhd via adb and the battery is fine and serves you all day. The only problem is that if you switch off or restart your phone, it goes back to default and you have to do the procedure again. I have the exynos variant and works great with qhd 120 hz and no heating or whatsoever. It is simply Samsung that do not want to give us 120hz not to compromise S21 sales period.

I have said it once and I'll say it again. Even if I was buying a new phone and I saw the S21 Ultra vs the Note 20 Ultra. I would still go for the Note 20 Ultra, because it's just a no brainer. You might say that the S21 Ultra cost 1200 and the note 1300 but when you have to buy the case and s pen for the S21 Ultra its almost the same price. Lastly, micro-sd card slots are a key factor in today's phones. With all of these new videos and pictures taking they take up way too much space on your phone 📱and your space that is built in won't last forever.

You will say that the new S21 Ultra is better because yes you have it etc. I too am coming from different notes in different times but all the S21 Ultra is....it's just, small incremental changes and that's that. Did you watch the video. Sakitech said it's just a LITTLE bit of difference nothing spectacular about it. Just like how the S20 Ultra was awesome until the Note 20 Ultra came along but to me, we all could see the incremental adjustments that made the Note 20 Ultra stands out more than the S20 Ultra. If you're going to upgrade please use the analogy for example the Note 9 to the Note 20 Ultra and you can see the reason why you would need an upgrade. But from the Note 20 Ultra to the S21 Ultra. I still don't see it. FYI the micro-sd card slot is a deal breaker for alot of us. Unless Samsung is going to start making the base storage modles starting at 512GB up to 1 TB then, the SD card wouldn't matter but guess what... that's not going to happen. So until then the micro-sd card slot is a vital component.

Just switched from the note 9 to S21U. Only reason is because they gave me 600 for my N9. S21U is obviously better but the N9 is still a nice phone in 2021.

I recently upgraded from the note 9 to the note 20 Ultra and I am super impressed I'm going to keep this phone just as long as I kept my 9
I wanted to keep my note 9 for another year. And maybe upgade it next year as it kept struggling with moving memory and crashing and not turning on before so I wanted to upgrade by next year so I dont have to go without a phone as I have appointments and notes I need to keep up with... it's okay now that way but now I have 2 lines across my screen just today a white one and now a purple one. When I first got it at the end of 2019. The note 9 was super slippery and in the rain trying to make an appointment while texting the appointment I was running late meant the phone fell straight from my hand and there was no warning when I bought it that it was needing a case for that reason. I could not afford it then but mamage to a year later. So expensive the cases costed me £60... and I think gorilla protection screen is shit to be honest I missed the days perhaps 2005-2010 when phones screens was rock solid. I would have phones last me years and memory was endless. I would cycle fast with music on and have my phone fly from my hands and crashing on the ground while speeding on my bike and the screen and the phone was still in good condition and working fine. Camera was sharp and clear and colourful too even when moving such as with my cyber shot. People think phones have improved but in these areas I still wonder why it took a huge step backwards and why it is taking so long to get it back up to the same standards as before.
Anyway how is the note 20 ultra in slippery sense does iit need a case to protect the screen ?
I would have loved to have waited. I would love if I could make a more clear decisions and not feel rushed to buy before my phone screen becomes unusable. But I need to upgrade due to the screen now. I always regret camera quality as I see other phones always taking better snaps than any note I ever owned. Which was only 2 btw. Samsung s10 was super vibrant too and made me feel like my note 9 was a bad move. I even think note 3 is more bright and colourful than note 9. I wonder if it is also the same for the note 20 ultra. I love bright colourful screens I love the best camera as I love photography and art. It will be handier for couple of years in the go to snap with a better camera phone than take out my old 2013 dsrl camera. But really sd is my need. I can't trust cloud to back up my photos all the time. And moving into external storage through an adapter is just so much work. Even moving onto sd is something I find tedious and time consuming and I do with a grudge. I miss the days where note 3 would do it automatically.
So I know for sure I need my sd cards. And to have to buy a pen a case a charger a port usb for jack or air speakers just so many things to have to buy with s21u. Whereas with note 20u only need Jack I would wait for 22 note 22u or 21 note 21u as I know they would be probably highly improved on. But stupid note 9 did not even last me barely 2 years. The reason I switched to note from a galaxy was because s galaxy did not last a year and the screen went funny and turned all sorts of colour stripes and then was unresponsive. Note 3 still works great just needs new battery n more memory still works if those were replaced. Got it in 2013 as well so I thought powerhouse phone will last me and feel secure until I choose to upgrade but ... Now note 9 is doing what s series did screen lines n barely making 2 years. So hmmm. Is note right for me. Is s galaxy last just as long now a days? Should I go elsewhere? :-/ I wanted mate pro 30 back when I got note 9 but then now with mate 40 I can see camera on Samsung note 20 u is still better. So I feel for camera quality note 20 u be much superior to note 9 and that. And up there with the wonderful camera phones. But behind a galaxy esp with screen. But sd is easier for me and not having to buy so many things with it is easier. So perhaps I'm swaying to note 20 u :-/

I just got the s21 ultra and I'm loving it. I came from the s10+ (which I loved) I have the s pen case and it stays in the case where I lost the built in on the s10+ a couple times because it is real easy to bump the stylus and it doesn't show unless it comes out more then just unlocking. Plus loving that I can point the camera, select certain text and it will read it to me. That is so much help having low vision. The s21 ultra is the bomb.

I bought the S21 Ultra and was supposed to trade in my Note 20 Ultra for a $700 trade in value. When the S21 Ultra arrived,I didn't like it. Within two minutes of turning on the S21 Ultra,the phone started noticeably heating up in the back. It was bulky and awkward....like the camera was more than the body of the phone could handle. I decided that I would keep my Note 20 Ultra and returned the S21 Ultra the next day. I wouldn't trade my Note20 Ultra for five of the S21 Ultras. The Notes are just the best,hands down in my opinion. Have a great day everyone 😗

For me even as a new Buyer between both, i will choose Note 20 Ultra cos of the design ane in house Spen cos I'm a Note fan, not pictures person.. but we getting Exynos version in my region ,hence choice of 2100 over 990..but i am waiting to see if there will be Note 21 before i make my choice
I have both phones sitting in front of me . You have to use both of them to see the difference. S21 Ultra makes Note 20 Ultra look old and stale. No amount of reviews can ever replace actually putting them both side by side. Samsung is giving the new S pen and S pen cases for free. The trade in value for Note 20 Ultra is excellent . If you want the top tech then go with it. A phone should not take 4-5 years to pay off like a car. I paid $200 for S21 Ultra and when the new one comes out Samsung will pay me top dollar for trade-in and give $200 of cases ,pens, earbuds, chargers. Phones are disposable tech. No need to get stressed out about. That's my 2 cents worth. Have fun , you only live once.

Thank you for the videos. I am a new subscriber of yours. I have the Note 20 Ultra still in the box and have been on the fence about opening it. After this video it looks like I will be keeping my Note 20 Ultra instead of upgrading. I went from the Note 9 to the Note 10 plus (which I am using now). The note 9 I loved. I am happy with my Note 10 plus, so I assume I will be pretty happy with the Note 20 Ultra. Thanks again!
I upgraded from an S9+ to the Note 20 Ultra and it blew me away by the amount of things it can do. I do not see why anyone that owns a Note 20 Ultra would upgrade to the S21 Ultra that has less important features? Like micro sd, s pen, charger?
I just got the Note 20 Ultra. Spectrum only offered the 128gb version. But, I got a 256gb SanDisk extreme SD card, which you can expand later if needed. The s-pen and storage expansion is why I love the Note.

There's one big thing that was left out. That's the difference in battery life. I was not all that satisfied with the battery life on my Note 20 Ultra. On my S21 Ultra, I can EASILY go through a full day with the battery easily making it through. I can't say the same about my Note.
That's why I am going to upgrade my Note 10 to the S21 Ultra

I went from the note 8 to s21 ultra, an I'm loving how nice it is.
I simply love the box design on the Note. Got my Note 10+ in Aug. 2019( upgrade from s7 edge ) and never looked back.

@@JordanCleo no problem. I will go into detail about my answer as well. The Note 20 Ultra is great, but I think the Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 mini are just as great devices. And will get way better battery life. And the iPhone is more powerful and be supported for longer. I just think the 2 phones are not worth it for the 1. I also picked up the s21 ultra yesterday so I really wasn't too worried about the note after watching comparisons. After I called the guy and cancelled he called back and offered me $125 but I declined. I'm going to make the best of the devices but also maybe sell 1.

Great review 👏. I still have my note10 + love it. When I get the software update to 3.0 I'll see how it performs. If and when the note21 ultra comes out then I'll trade up. And if this doesn't happen then I might upgrade to the note20 ultra

I look at it like this...the S.series is like the goofy little brother who wants to be cool like big brother Note. You ARE cool little bro, but will never be as cool as big bro Note. I will be highly disappointed if Samsung discontinues the Note.
Samsung probably won't see the point in the note because they added S-pen to the s21 ultra and they will add it to the Z Fold3. So see that as the note replacement
I really like the idea of a note as a business device where I can sketch 3d print designs and use gcode to control printers and such, but if the s21 does the same why bother with the note ? although I really don't like the Galaxy lineup. Dunno what to do.
I love the note 20 ultra got mine at launch 650.00 not worth upgrading plus you can get a new note 20 ultra for 800 to 1100 that's before trade in deals. No Mst pay on the S21 also. No Samsung pay No 25 watt charger and most people have 2. Plus I have extra 512 card I take 4k and some 8k video plus 108mp pictures too

You can get a case that has a s-pen for the ultra. My case is like a wallet with a clear slot that has a preview window. I like the phone. Happy with everything about it. I moved up from a s20

Great video! I think Samsung dropped the ball though with regards to the S21 s pen. They should have left a 'blank' in place for anyone that wanted to get the s pen so it had somewhere to go if you bought it! Having the pen housed separately from the phone is crazy & those cases are a sad compromise especially the prices I've seen 😳
I personally prefer the extra battery. I have no use for the spen.

@sakitech, do I take it from putting your review of the Note 10+ 5G cf Note 20 Ultra alongside your review of the Note 20 Ultra cf S21 Ultra, that you wouldn't recommend, for most people at least, that an upgrade from a Note 10+ 5G to an S21 Ultra is worthwhile?
Unless you want 120Hz and feel like you could use a faster processor it isn't really worth it. A lot of these "rich" features are just gimmicks at the end of the day.

@@MarkReynoldsIT People are only saying this because Ice Universe said goodbye to the Note line. Yet the guy has been wrong in the past so I wouldn't say for certain there won't be another. Plus the s21 still lacks a lot of the functionality so we'll just have to wait and see.
